Dr. Will is a brilliant diagnostician - While his personality is 100% business, I would rather his skill level than a new friend. He sees a lot of people but has always answered our questions. My husband is losing his sight (diabetes/prendisone/kidney transplant) and Dr. Will has been on top of this for years. We feel lucky to have him - lack of love and all. He knows his stuff.

My husband, a Dentist had a detached retina. Dr. Will saved his vision, and his career. He is extremely conscientious, and thorough. Highly recommend.

Rude, dismissive, condescending. All words I saw in the other reviews which made me realize I was not crazy. He made it seem he was doing us some great favor we should award him for. His staff is great, which is strange, because he is the picture of what you think of when someone says doctors have a god complex.

Very rude and dismissive! I had to ask him to wait a minute before he left the room so I could ask two basic questions. He was with me a total of 4-5 minutes and was juggling 10 patients all at the same time. He seemed annoyed that I had questions that took up literally two minutes. Told me I should be glad the outcome was a good one for my eyes. DEFINITELY what you think of when you hear about an arrogant doctor. Front desk great Nurses's rude. No one smiled or was welcoming

Dr. Will was extremely thorough, explained the procedure, many testing prior to the procedure, the only thing that knocked me for a loop was the numbing process was via needle, ouch! I did not like that, was hoping for numbing drops, gel or anything but a needle. The procedure did not hurt at all. He makes sure you have an appointment a week after to check for any problems. Liked him very much and would highly recommend him.

The office staff is very pleasant. Dr. Wills over-books, each time I have been to his office I waited 1.5 to be seen. People crammed in the tiny waiting rooms. I waited so long for retina laser treatment that the numbing drops wore off and it was the most painful experience I was practically jumping in the chair. He continued the procedure showing no empathy, it was obvious that I paid the price for him running later than His condescending manner is not worth the wait or treatment.
