I was diagnosed with a fatty liver due to frequent lunches with coworkers and takeouts for dinner. It was hard for me to break these habits. Kristin was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. She gave me valuable nutritional information and put together a plan for me. I’m on a monthly check-in plan with her, and my 3 month check up with my doctor showed progress!

Kristin worked wonders for me, she is attentive, listens well and really cares about my health. My labs came down and look great...my Dr was impressed! She made my life so much better and all I had to do is exactly what she said to do, it was that easy! I even signed up for her monthly coaching package which keeps me motivated and on track because she is there now when I need her. Thanks for my new outlook on life Kristin!

I lost 10 lbs so far and continue to maintain a healthy diet! I am so glad I found Kristin Kleinschmidt. She is very attentive and listened to my concerns. I really struggled with finding a right diet that worked for me. Kristin put together a meal plan that was easy to follow and I was able to curb my binging habits.
