Just have to say ever professional, caring , and knowledgeable as well as respectful office staff. Loved the overall experience down to the convenience of having the choice of registering online . Definitely will continue to rendering their services

First time there quick intake and friendly staff.

Was here the other day - in and out quickly and the staff was incredibly friendly. Tommy the office manager was super helpful through the entire process and Dr Blum was considerate of my situation and kind. Would absolutely recommend this place to family and friends and will be returning should anything come up again where I’m in need of last minute care.

Literally one of the worst urgent cares to ever open around this area. The staff is nice but the doctor treated my mother horribly and was extremely arrogant. Definitely not the traits a doctor should have.

Went there because my doctors office was hopelessly overbooked everybody in PA seems to be sick right now had to wait a little bit but then was treated professionally and with a lot of care!!!

Was impressed the first time we came here. Second time we created an advanced checkin using THEIR available time slots. It's now 22 minutes after my precheckin, being here on time, and now sitting in the lobby waiting to even go back. This completely defeats the purpose of me wasting time on the precheckin.

Don’t waste your time here. I came in after a car accident with a swollen wrist and got x-rays. They told me my wrist was broken and I would need to see an orthopedic surgeon. I went to my ortho and the doctor didn’t see a fracture so made me re-do my X-rays, still no fracture . I called urgent care to tell them this mistake and upon pulling up my files, they said “there is no record of you having a fracture”.. despite the doctor giving me a piece of paper that says it was broken. I wasted my money coming here and an additional $150 for another doctor

This place is the worst urgent care, that I have ever visit. My friend went to this urgent care with her child to have her child a minor treatment, since the kid stepped on a pencil with her knee, but it was very minor. However, the doctor numbed the kid's knee area, without any consent or explanation, and used a knife to cut around the area, but the doctor could not find anything there, and later he stitched the little kid's knee area, however, the doctor never asked a consent to my friend about this surgery or never explained before he executed the operation. My friend was very upset about this one and complained, then the doctor apologized about what he did. Later on, I visited the urgent care to see the situation, and when my friend and I went to his office and also he apologized while I was there. So we asked him to write a letter to explain details of what happened, so he agreed to write what had happened. But later on the doctor changed his words, and he said that he cannot do anything. All other nurses saw this situation, but when the doctor changed his words, the nurses also changed their attitude. I think this place is the worst urgent care, irresponsible doctor/nurses, lack of care for the patient. Also the doctor never asked about the details about what he would treat a little kid, but after mistake, he insisted that my friend signed a consent form when she registered the kid for the first time. I think this is very non-sense, he should have at least explained to my friend what treatment/surgery he would perform, at least before he numbed and cut the skins of a little girl on the knee. The doctor is very irresponsible, and the manager of this urgent care branch is also irresponsible, too. I would never recommend this urgent care.

I don't like this place and I don't recommend it ti any body if you want more infos try to do something there!
