I have only ever been here three times. The first appt was a new patient exam. The second was a glycolic peel. The third and final visit another glycolic peel. I received the peel Monday and called early Tuesday morning stating that something was wrong. I continued calling leaving messages and finally threatened to leave the practice. This prompted immediate response, where they requested photos be sent. I sent them Thursday, my face was already scabbed over at this point. Although I continued to state it was an emergency situation the damage was already done. I received an email and a VM stating that it was normal (this was after being told that I need to go give the provider time to respond to my message. I'm sorry my emergency wasn't emergency enough). The time of response to my patient care is below average. The first two visits were amazing so this third and final time are beside me. My face is scarred not just hyperpigmentation. And I think that if the proper response to my situation was handle more promptly the damage may have been lessened. If you're looking for an office that handles your patient needs like they matter, this may not be the place for you. I would hate for you to run into an actual emergency and no provider is around to answer your call.

Great practice, easy intake for a first time patient, super friendly receptionist, staff, etc. I saw Dr. Amir and she was awesome, thorough and thoughtful. Unlike some previous experience with another dermatology practice, I felt she didn't rush and listened attentively as I was asking some questions. Great all around experience.

Dr. Klein was great!! Put me right at ease as it was my first appointment. Person at the desk was friendly and helpful. Took me right on time. Highly recommend this practice especially Dr. Klein.

I went to Alyssa Klein for a general checkup and then had two moles removed. The entire staff was extremely efficient, helpful and friendly. Dr. Klein gave me all the options and was very advisory, but left the final decision to me which I appreciated. The rest of the staff were also very nice and they had an easy check-in and check-out process - fast. Fantastic place!

The service is friendly and very efficiently run practice. They are very familiar with the most advance treatments. Would definitely recommend.

This place is the truth. Staff is so nice and they actually listen to you. I drive from Delaware to come here and it is so worth the drive.

I suffer from hyperhydrosis and Dr. Dany has helped me immensely! The procedure was quick and painless (I'm not too keen of needles but I barely felt it!) It's great how Dr. Dany makes you feel very comfortable throughout the whole process! I highly recommend this practice as I drove an hour to book with Dr. Dany and it was well worth it! ​
