The care and attention I received from the doctor and support staff in the rear clinic was excellent. However, the initial intake experience left a lot to be desired. Not very welcoming and not accommodating.

As a walk in I expected a wait, but 2 hrs was a bit excessive when your under the weather. When I did see the PA she literally spent approximately 60 seconds total examining me, told me nothing other than it sounded like Covid symptoms, and ordered a test. It wasn’t until I read my summary that I saw what she thought it was, surprise, an upper respiratory infection. So I basically paid a $50 co pay for a covid test. She asked if I needed a Drs note and I said yes, but unfortunately did not receive one. I called the following day requesting one. I had to call again the following day requesting it and still have yet to receive it. However, the gentleman who took my vitals was awesome, empathetic, and super kind which is why I gave 3 stars.

In and out in less than 1 hour and 20minuts without an appointment. Got my Poison Ivy prescriptions! Thanks! I wish they can make Prednisone over the counter!

Not happy with the physician care. She’s was very fast, did not do a through exam and it felt like she had one foot out the door for the 15 seconds that she spend in the room. We will not come back!

I was scheduled for both a flu shot and a CIVID booster. Upon arrival I was informed they didn’t have the COVID booster which means I have to schedule another appointment somewhere else. In addition they didn’t accept my insurance which provides for a paid-for flu shot. Highly recommend going somewhere else.
