Top notch in every way. I worked with Frank (mostly - Riley was great too!) who was engaged, thorough and always making the exercises interesting and fun. I also felt that the manual pressure point massage was a big factor..and something I could not have done on my own (like exercises). I'd left another pt place for other reasons - they did not do the massage that really helped - so big difference there. I reached my goals of greater movement and almost completely reduced impingement in my shoulder - all normal activities have resumed all limitations no longer problems. Thanks to all for proving that the first surgery-happy doc I saw totally wrong in stating that at my age (69) pt would not work and surgery was the only thing that would do it. So glad I got a second opinion and found Elm Tree! The icing on the cake was Hank the pt pup - I'd be on the massage table and his cold nose would nudge my good hand for a pat - does it get any better?

I went to the location across from The Lake. First of all, they are great! All the members of the team are wonderful people. Without the staff the Center is a natural wood paradise with modern equipment and relaxing atmosphere. Once settled on a plan, all the therapists are skilled in taking you through your exercises. The support staff is great whether on the phone or keeping things clean and tidy at The Center.With some good luck you may find yourself in the same place at the same time as Hank. He's Sue's hunk of a dog. He's tame, friendly and a Therapy Dog.Oh, great place, great people AND they do a great job in handling your injury and helping to strengthen the injured area and supporting muscles.I'm in my 8th decade and probably more fit than ever.My doctor gave me 2 choices for physical therapists. The entire staff of Elm Tree at white mills location made me feel 100x better finding out that everything came from low core strength leaving every visit feeling stronger and more alive, showing me that at almost 50 I still have inner strength and need to continue to push my self and stay strong mentally and physically thank you Kristina and Marcus can’t wait for more strength when I visit with next week for training sessions

Elm Tree Physical Therapy is awesome. Keeps your well being in mind at all times. Always concerned about pain levels. They push you to be your best. My main therapist was Erin. Super competent. Highly recommend Elm Tree for all you Physical Therapy needs.

The staff (especially Erin) were friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about getting me back to where i needed to be. A plan was made but they were not afraid to change it as needed. if I need more PT in the future, I will be back.

My husband Tom and I cannot say enough good things about the physical therapy we received at Elm Tree. Because of Dr. Kristina and Marcus at the White Mills facility we are now able to perform our normal activities. They pay attention to detail and focus on you doing the exercises properly. At a point after my knee replacement surgery my surgeon requested that I submit a video of me walking. I asked Marcus to do the video at Elm Tree. My surgeon was impressed with my progress and equally impressed with the facility. Dr. Kristina, Marcus and staff are very professional and friendly. One cannot miss how immaculate the facility is. There are several physical therapy places much closer to our residence but for us it is worth the extra miles and travel times. Previously I had a stroke. Because of past disappointments at three different physical therapy facilities, I decided I would not consider physical therapy. Needless to say, my wife insisted I should give Elm Tree a chance. I am so glad I listened to her. Dr. Kristina took a personal interest in me and helped me every step of the way. She didn't just give me exercises and walk away. She stayed with me, making sure I was doing everything perfect. All of a sudden, I began to see results. It was amazing that the signs of my stroke began to disappear. I can now do things that I never imagined would be possible to do again. Unbelievably...I am looking forward to golfing this season !! Everyone is friendly, compassionate, and caring. Erin and Marcus worked with me the most, and did an amazing job getting my plantar fasciitis under control. They collaborated on what exercises would help the most, and truly cared about my recovery. They also have an amazing office mascot, Hank, who always brightened my day. Thank you!

100% Recommend! I completely ruptured my bicep tendon 5-6 months ago and had to have it surgically reattached. Kristina, Marcus, and staff really helped me get back to what I considered “normal”. I am pretty intense when it comes to my work and training style so I felt Elm Tree was the right fit for me. I am more than pleased with my progress there and how quickly a lot of my strength and mobility has come back. Also, the owner Sue is just a genuine person and takes pride in her business. I don’t have a bad word to say about any of the staff as it began to feel like home whenever I was there. Just overall good energy along with helping get me get back up to where I needed to be. After a few months of consistency, I returned to work and my gym/training routine with little to no issues whatsoever.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Elmtree! I look forward to going to physical therapy and enjoy working with everyone there. All of the therapists know what they’re doing and it is always a pleasant experience!
