Farooq Hassan's Online Review Report Card

I waited over two months for my appointment. Drove an hour to Hermitage, and waited for about 20 minutes for Dr. to see me. Once he did he stood me up, spun me around, poked me here and there, and asked me if it hurt, gave me some blood work and X-ray papers, a prescription I didn't need and was then gone within minutes. Everytime I tried to speak he cut me off as though I didn't know anything about what I've been enduring for YEARS. I've worked on an assembly line, and that day he made me feel as though I was the product.

Very unconcerned. He just walked in the room, poked me a few times and walked out. I waited months for this appointment and he couldn't even take the time to answer any of my questions. Was trying to give me a medication based off of just that very brief interaction. Doctoring is an assembly line action now?

Zero bedside manner. In and out of office before you can speak. PA does not have a great manner either. Very short and does not listen. Unprepared for appointment.

Horrible ! Please look for kinder people. There def lying, just check out there low reviews, they ain't no 5 star place lol by any means. Pretty rude people. Including the staff, I have been sick having a hard time getting around, so because of that I have missed few apps into I found out recently from my family doctor that I may have a autoimmune deaise because I had a positive ana result which I also had no idea when I missed my apps, I called to explain I am sorry n now that there may be something wrong I'm willing to pay for missed apps and will not miss again the lady was beyond rude, hung up n said Dr can not help you . It's all about insurance I'm guessing, cause drs n staff who care about there patients don't treat them that way period, now if I was not on insurance, I guarantee I would have been forgiven. Def don't recommend. Wouldn't even recommend talking to these ppl outside of there job , even my Dr could not get them to make me a appointment when he needs me to be seen ! Very unthoughtful receptionist and Dr. God watches everything they do. Hopefully one day someone is unkind to them as well. But I will be praying for them . Also looks like they delete review's so this prb will not be up long.

Dr. Hassan is a very nice, kind and respectful rheumatologist, I have been going there for many many years and have not had anything but good experiences with the doctor and Zeba. I highly recommend this place!

Only went there twice. Not a very good beside manner. Hardly spent any time with me. I have fibromyalgia really bad and it’s very hard for me to take any meds and he was just like well then I can’t help you then. These drs make themselves out to be non caring and just pull pushers. Not all people are able to take medication due to bad stomach issues. I never went back to him. I didn’t care for him or his attitude at all

Dr Hassan is a very dedicated practitioner. He explains any procedures or changes in meds or any questions that we may have in an easy to understand description. They also have helped me a lot with my rheumatoid arthritis. So glad that I was referred to Dr Hassan and Ziba.

Very unorganized, office cluttered, staff is overwhelmed, wanted to just push meds and Injections. Never called on discussing tests etc.. office staff dresses very unprofessional.

I had my second appointment yesterday, i seen the PA,she was very rude..i had not been able to get my blood work done, due to car issues, she told me, getting my bloodwork done had NOTHING to do with my car...REALLY???? I guess it does when your car isn't running, and she also told me i needed to call about my medication...since when does a patient call an insurance company about medication????? When i was there in June the Dr spent 5 minutes with me...i dont want to go back

Was not open to discuss what I had already researched .. dismissed my findings ..even tho it's my body going thru it . Wanted to inject me on my very first visit ..never said with what.. hadn't even done bloodwork . My next visit after bloodwork was dismal .. because I don't want injection or pills ( ones mentioned have severe side effects with my other health issues) nothing they can do? Waste of time.. pill pushing .. not interested in helping just prolonging and keeping the profits coming...medicaid...big pharma..
