Receptionist very very very condescending and rude. We drove 2 hours after a six week wait for appointment. The receptionist said our insurance didn’t cover the service. Refused to allow us to pay cash. She said it was illegal. Please explain how it is illegal to pay cash. I wish I could leave a 0 rating. I expect an answer if you’re a legitimate provider

Dr. Chad Mathew's who has been my PA-C for several years is always thorough, caring and shows concern for my skin health. He doesn't rush you out the door and will answer all my questions. I always feel confident in the care I receive.

I went to Dr Colaiacovo for a whole body skin evaluation- the exam took a whole 10 minutes!!I I asked my friends how long their evaluation took with other dermatologists for the same whole body skin assessment and all of them stated their exam was 30 minutes to 45 minutes-they also reviewed what areas were checked for any skin cancers and I was shocked. Dr Colaiacovo generally looked at my arms and legs and had me stand up and looked at my back and back of legs- that was it! My friends stated their Dr.'s looked between their toes, in their scalps and even between their buttocks- my friends stated they have waited for a year to get an appointment-I got an appointment quickly- What is most disturbing to me as a health care professional is that an inadequate exam can miss a skin cancer that can be life threatening and deadly. I would not recommend this doctor because of an inadequate exam I received and how quickly that inadequate exam took.

I don't go here often and when I do I see Chad the P.A. I was there a few weeks ago for the first time in I think 2-3 years. The nurse (or whoever it is that walks you back into the room before your seen) was VERY rude especially when I was questioning about medications prescribed. Before Chad came in, he was asking me about symptoms I had 3 years ago, LOL That's not why I was there it was for this current time with acne... then she gave me an attitude when I said "I don't remember that was a few years ago".... I'm seriously considering not coming back for my follow up or other future appointments. Chad is great and knowledgeable but that girl's attitude really puts a bad impression on your office!!

Dealt with some minor-annoyance skin issues for years, which stumped even my GP. Visited Dr. Colaiacovo and she identified them in 5 minutes, with a beaming smile, and prescribed me some things that cleared it up in days. Been over a year since my first visit, and things are still a+.

Front office receptionist was rude, obnoxious, and unprofessional. Waited months for appointment and was rescheduled several times due to COVID. That was not a problem. It was when I arrived at my appointment at its originally scheduled time, but it was changed to a half hour later (and i forgot), that the receptionist displayed an ignorant belittling attitude and refused to try and work me in. So disappointed In this office, as Dr Chad Matthews is an excellent dermatologist, but being treated like a second class citizen is uncalled for.

Fabulous experience. So grateful I went to her. I went there with a list of complaints and she addressed them all. 1). I’m in my 40s and wanted a full skin eval ✔️ 2) I had a concern about a lesion on my nose and she biopsied it as I hoped she would. Office called within five business days with the benign results (thank god!) ✔️ 3) Skin tag on my abdomen was removed as requested ✔️ 4) She evaluated my hair loss and we went over what I’ve already done. She gave me further recommendations ✔️ She did a very skillful job with my nose Lesion biopsy and skin tag removal. She spent time with me and answered all my questions. She will be my dermatologist for now on. Thank you Dr C

Would not honor her appointment after we drove two hours because we were 15 minutes late.
