Roberto Salcedo's Online Review Report Card

I have seen over 75 doctors beginning at age 4. Dr. Salcedo is by far one of the kindest, caring, and knowledgeable doctors I've ever seen. His office staff is super friendly (have been there 3 times) and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Salcedo for a completely professional, competent, and trustworthy experience.

From start to finish this man and his office staff were amazing. The staff spoke to me in a kind manner when I initially called to make the appointment for my mom who was referred to the office by her primary care physician with suspicions of Parkinson's/dementia. Upon arrival, they exhibited the same courtesy. We waited under 30 minutes in the waiting room. We were escorted by the nurse, I believe her name was Tasha. She spoke to my mom in a very caring, compassionate manner and assured her she was in good hands. The doctor did not keep us waiting long and he did a very thorough examination of my mom and went over everything in extreme detail from start to finish. He spent over an hour with us. He NEVER made us feel as though we were being rushed out of the office. He answered all of our questions and explained everything so we understood it. When the appointment was over, he told us to not hesitate to contact his office for anything we may need. Thank you and your staff for being kind humans!

I had an excellent visit. Dr. Salcedo performed an EMG electrical test on my arms. I have had this test before and it was very painful. Dr. Salcedo made it comfortable and very tolerable. His skill is excellent. The orthopedic hand surgeon I saw complemented his work also and my surgery went perfectly. I highly recommend Dr Robert Salcedo as a neurologist in to anyone who needs a nerve test.

Dr. Salcedo was very thorough when he was checking to see how my peripheral neuropathy had advanced. He did all of the test necessary and waited until the final test was done to give me the final diagnosis. During this time, he was reassuring, listened to my needs and understood I also had questions with other diagnosis as well.

Dr. Salcedo is a neurologist with excellent training and experience and he spent time with me a provided a thorough exam. Excellent diagnosis and treatment. Highly recommend him!!

Dr. Salcedo has been so kind to me, I can say nothing but good things about him. He asks all pertinent questions and also gives me time to ask questions and answers anything I want to know. He takes his time with my husband and myself. He is very caring and easy to talk to. He is warm and compassionate. I am shocked about the people who have unkind words about him. It is like we are describing two different doctors. I hope he does not retire for a long time. Dr. Salcedo has worked very closely with my neurosurgeon. It was good to have that connection. Dr. Salcedo prescribed medicine to control my seizures and told me if I took them as prescribed I would not have another seizure, and he has been absolutely right. I have not one seizure since I began going to Dr. Salcedo. He is very knowledgeable.

This was the first time I have been to a Doctor that explained everything so very clearly! He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and made us feel much better about our situation. Staff was very nice and helpful! Great experience! Definitely recommend!!!So after seeing this doctor a couple times I am changing my review. He became uninterested in how my child was feeling and even commented that she should stop because she was going to make him cry. He was being sarcastic and even a bit rude.

Really great experience with this doctor. He explained everything very well and talked with me through the process of the emg/nsv. The tests was not comfortable but the doctor made it much better with his openness.
