Great Drs office. My kids are the age where they catch everything and the whole staff is very helpful and kind. We’ve never had a problem getting an appointment or being seen when they are ill.
Wait time can be a bit lengthy sometimes but overall it's not too bad. I've never had any trouble with the staff and they've always been good about what I need.
Called in at 9:15 am for a very concerning issue I discovered with my child and they can't see me until 2. Not very impressed
Staff is very rude especially the head nurse who refuses to help your daughter who has covid because she has not been seen since 2019... um that’s because covid shut the world down lady that’s why we have not been in!!! That doesn’t change the fact that you have a job to do for me and my daughter and be her doctor. You told me over the phone you absolutely won’t help her because she has not been in!! Well I can’t bring her now can I!! So what am I supposed get a new doctor I guess so!!!! They won’t help you when you need it the most
My kids have seen dr Duffy since 2016, she’s great but we haven’t actually seen her since March….. the office manager is also terrible if you ever find your self having to deal with her. Yes they get you in quick with a sick child but if your sick as well they will ask you to go somewhere else, or have someone else bring your children in. If you have multiple children it’s also practically a Olympic sport to be able to bring them in at the same time. I would of already switched but you never know what your getting into and it’s hard to leave the dr your kids have had since birth.
This is the first time I've ever been called and told my daughters appointment has been canceled because they're afraid we won't show up at the scheduled time a week out, was told it was a "blanket policy" and was told to take her to urgent care. Very rude and unconcerned staff. My daughter has been seen here for 9 years, were looking for a new doctor.
Today I took my child to see Dr.Duffy for the first time and we had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful in person. They are a very large and busy practice but still prioritize each patient. Dr.Duffy was very friendly and willing to answer all of my questions even though they had almost all their rooms full of other patients to be seen. This was the type of practice I was looking for. There was a bit of a wait and Dr.Duffy did speak quickly and felt a little rushed because of the patient load. However, she did not take any short cuts or cut our conversation short to get to the next patient. If you do not want a long wait to see the Dr. I would suggest a smaller practice, but Dr.Duffy and her staff are doing a great job!
The best pediatrician office around. Doctors Duffy and Frank are very professional, knowledgeable, and genuine.
Been going here since i was a baby, and they have been nothing but kind to me.
Dr Duffy, Dr Frank and the front desk people are all a joke! They kept forgetting to give my daughter her 6 month shots(she'll be 8 months this month) and kept rescheduling it.... We arrived there today exactly at 3:15 and when I walked in she didn't greet me or anything, she said "her appointment was at 3 and you need to reschedule" she didn't even ask for my daughters name.. She said their "wall clock" said 3:16 and I even showed her my phone said 3:15 and she didn't care... She was really rude about it! You'll also be waiting in the waiting room for almso an hour even when they're not busy and then another like 40 mins in the room they see you in! They also never diagnose your child, they just give their opinions and say they'll be fine even if your child is showing signs of sickness and high fever! That's NOT OK! They are all a joke and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
