Usualy have no issues here, today was different. Waited 2 and 1/2 hours to be seen. I'm fine with that as it was busy. When I saw provider I asked to get flu covid test they qould not?!? Just said I had bronchitis. That had to come from something! I have kids and a job I am concerned for. Now sitting at rite aid for a test I should have gotten there.

Front desk was rude. As soon as I walked in the receptionist said “we have a 3 hour wait time.” A hello would’ve been nice. It wasn’t 3 hours though, it was 5. I came in for a sore throat/lost my voice and I was covid and flu tested and that was it. I was told nothing looked like strep so no reason to test for it. I had to ask 3 times for a work excuse but they only wrote one for that day only. Oh, and I had to wait about an hour to even get that excuse. Was sent home with no medication. Had to go back to work, my coworker had all the same symptoms and tested positive for strep. I’m never coming back here.

Went here for respiratory illness, had 5 people ahead of me and they saw me within 20 mins!! Awesome!! Doctor was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Will absolutely recommend to others!!

Useless. I tried it out of desperation even though I've had two bad experiences here in the past. I got the same experience the third time around. I was told hope you find some answers, goodbye. Complete waste of time.

Wait times are ridiculous. They either need to staff appropriately, or their employees need to get a sense of urgency. Should have to be a 2-3 hour ordeal for every visit.

0 stars. Went and asked for a covid test after coming in contact with someone who tested positive and falling ill myself. Also important to note I work with the public. They knew this information but refused to give me one and insisted I come inside to get looked at. They were not transparent AT ALL. I didn’t even know what they diagnosed me with until they handed me my visit summary. And they weren’t even gonna tell me if I could go back to work I had to ask before they ran away again. I had made an appointment for another test prior to my visit at a CVS but I was hoping I could maybe get a test sooner. Thank god I didn’t cancel that appointment because Urgent Care did not deliver. Will not be going back to this location just to get disregarded and ignored!!!
