I LOVE her! She listens to me, explains everything so I can understand, and if she doesn't know something...she doesn't BS me! She says she doesn't know and looks it up, learns as much as she can, and will even ask other colleagues if needed. I will never go to anyone else! She is not only my doctor, but also the doctor for my 5 children! 💚

Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. Recently I asked PFC to forwarded medical records to another facility outside their network. I explained to them the time sensitivity involved. They told me it took time to photocopy the records and mail them out. In this day and age, WHY are they still photocopying records and snail mailing them.
