A very negative experience — from surgery to follow-up. My child now requires corrective surgery to undo damage.

Very poor communications skills, spent five minutes with my child, used Vaseline and a Q-tip without anesthesia to perform a procedure that we could have done at home, bill was over $2,000.00.

I would not advise taking your child to this doctor. He has turned what should have been a simple one time surgery, possibly two, into my son now having to have a third surgery with another doctor. When I refused to schedule a third surgery with him, he was very rude and acted like it was inconvenient for me to try to get to the bottom of why things hadn't worked. I was given excuse after excuse and no answers. I would hate to know another child had to go through unnecessary surgery.

I would not advise taking your child to Dr. Ziada. He has turned what should have been a simple surgery for my son into my son now being scheduled for a third surgery with a different doctor. When I refused to let him operate again, he was very rude and acted as if I shouldn't question him. He kept making excuses about why things haven't worked so far and, it turns out, it was because he messed up.

This is kay Phillips..I wanted everyone to know how wonderful and great Dr.ziada is and was during my son Aydon Phillips surgery on March 14 2016...I would never want to take my son to any other place but there...EVERYONE. Made us feel so comfortable. And most of all our son comfortable...once again thank you Dr. Ziada...
