Dr Helm is very thoroughly in his exam and explains in layman's terms what he recommends for the treatment of any spots he finds during the exam. My history of having several cancer spots removed puts my mind at ease that i have made the right choice in Dr Helm for my Dermatologist.

I went to see Dr. Helm for a couple of places on my skin that seemed suspect to me. He checked them out, all was good. Had a large mold removed from my side while I was there, which was completely painless and done in about 60 seconds flat. Dr. Helm is a great listener, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Helm saw me promptly at the appointment time which I consider important. He is cordial and thorough in his exam and subsequent treatment. I have been using him as my dermatologist for several years and am very satisfied with the health of my skin.

My husband has places on his ear needing attention. After Dr Helm's exam, the Dr. took a specimen to be sent to a lab, & tested for cancer. Will hear back in 7-10 days.

Doctor Helm was very aware of my underlying health problem, and I was surprised that a dermatologist knew so much about Ramsay Hunt Syndrome and Atypical Trigeminal Neuralgia. Plus, his concern for my extreme pain was so genuine. That kind of compassion from a doctor goes a long way toward helping a patient cope with a chronic condition. He was able to diagnose my skin problem and prescribed meds that have helped a lot.

1st visit at this facility. In and out quickly including procedure. Dr Helm had good bedside manner, pleasant office and nursing staff. Dr Helm seemed confident and caring, ready to answer any questions. I would recommend.
