Extremely rude to a worried mother. I brought my son into the ER on Halloween after midnight because he was vomiting with diarrhea and has fluid on his left lung. He's been very sick and I wanted to make sure this was not indicative that the infection had returned. He literally challenged me the entire conversation with snide comments. Dr. Roach took care of our infant son who was brought into the children's hospital with LVH for infant seizures, he was very kind, non judgmental and understanding of our many questions. He trusted us as the parents and informed us well of procedures and was very kind and understanding of the weight of the situation on us. Under the circumstances, he made the situation more tolerable.
