I’m giving one star, not due to the doctor but due to the extremely ridiculous and absurd wait times we have been encountering. Waiting an HOUR in the waiting room, just to go back to an actual room, shows there is a serious Administrative structural issue. We are considering switching pediatricians because of this. Please fix this or hire people who know how to schedule and not overbook appointments to the point that your waiting room is full and the care by the doctor is not rushed. We have busy evening schedules and this interrupts our routines in a terrible way. 15-20 minutes of waiting is enough, not an hour!

Doctor Crevecoeur is the BEST pediatrician around. He treats us like family and explains everything in a way we can understand. Our boys love him and his staff so much. Everyone is so personable and friendly. We are so thankful for him and his staff.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Crevecoeur and his staff. He is such a genuinely nice person; my kids both love him. He explains everything so well and makes sure you understand before leaving. My daughter was super sick one evening, so he met with me at 10 pm in his office. I cannot thank him enough! Highly recommend!

He is knowledgeable, that's it. If you do not want to go to Hershey he will not forward your results to get appointments scheduled. We told him we were taking our daughter to Childrens in Pittsburgh which is UPMC and he refused to release a single record. In the weeks that followed we had to have all of her testing done all over again by another doctor and her heart had gotten much worse. So in short, if you are not planning on going to Hershey do not waste your time or your insurance companies money on this joke.

This Man is not only the BEST DOCTOR I have ever met, he is also one of the BEST HUMAN BEINGS I have ever met. He does not let you leave until you Fully understand EVERYTHING, treats you like FaMily, his staff ROCKS also. Honestly there is definitely way too much GOOD to type about this Man. Thank You For EVERYTHING you Do Doc!

He is the best doctor around! I’ve never had a better doctor and I would never want another doctor for my daughter. He listens, is personable and great with everyone of all ages. Love the office staff too!

Told us for 5 years my son had things wrong with his heart and discarded my son's 3 of them without any warning when he found out I was taking my son for a second opinion just to make sure everything was being taken care of!
