All was fine except for one office staff member who was very rude to me a few days after surgery. I needed further information and she hung up on me. Since when does a patient get treated so rudely? I did follow through and spoke to administrators and they were very nice and helpful. I think that staff person needs education on how to treat people especially patients that just had surgery.

Saw me once ordered MRI,no call backs no messages it was up to me to find another Dr lingering injury lead to other injuries.

I have always felt like I was treated with respect and care. Eye to eye contact, and a handshake upon his entering the exam room always put me at ease. He did my knee replacement and carefully explained my options and my care. He is kind and patient, and very knowledgeable. My knee replacement went just as he told me it would, and it is wonderful to walk without pain! Options for treatment are always discussed and decisions are left to the patient. I would recommend him to anyone!
