If I could give negative stars I would. Extremly unprofessional and rude. As a new patient you have a level of expectation and at minimum, the front desk would be somewhat welcoming, but not here! First words were "copy of drivers license, credit card and insurance card"... then the woman (Kathy) who called me back never introduced herself; I had to initiate the professional introduction you would again expect in a professional setting but she was snippy, callous and demeaning. I suffer from a disability that this office failed to accommodate and was told the doctor would not see me. I walked out without even seeing the doctor! The doctor didn't have the audacity to tell me herself! Recently relocating from 12 years in Colorado I know what exceptional health care service is and everyone deserves it. Save yourself the time, aggrevation and disappointment, look elsewhere for a caring and compassionate caregiver because they are out there. Stay clear of this nightmare of an office at all costs.

I have been seeing Dr. Ranucci and never an issue with her or her office. I would recommend her. She has always taken her time with me.

I have been seeing Dr. Ranucci for over 5 years. Scheduling is always a breeze, her staff is efficient and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her to anyone living in this area.

This sketchy physician accepts cash only (red flag). Denise should lose her license to practice. She performed a procedure in office that should have happened in the hospital. Behold! Less than 6 months later, the issue still exists and now it is worse. She also ignored many pleas about something she said was "normal". That is also now a more serious issue. Do not go to this place. She is a butcher.

This practice is terrible. I had trouble scheduling an appt with my regular gynecologist and was referred by my insurance because they accepted it. When I arrived, I was being seen as a new patient so I had to fill out paperwork. The only reason I'm giving this practice 2 stars is because they took me back quickly into the office. When I met Dr. Ranucci she was nice at first but then when I got to talking to her about my situation I could hear the attitude in her voice talking to me. Basically like she didnt care what I had to say.. this is upsetting because a lot of women want to feel comfortable and have a connection with their doctors and she is NOT at all someone to connect with. She rushed through the appointment and didnt want to let me talk. She spoke the entire time and I tried saying something and she kept talking over me. I'm very disappointed with my visit.. I DO NOT recommend this practice to anyone who likes to feel comfortable and capable of having a genuine conservation with their doctor. I will not be coming back to that practice ever. I feel sorry for whoever sees her.

Overall, she did well with the examination part. My issues are post menopausal vaginitis. I have been using the same medication for a year and a half but not getting much relief from it. I dont really know what my actual diagnosis is but it should be better somewhat by now. And a question of why they needed to make a copy of my credit card. If I didnt let them I wouldnt be seen there anymore! Not ...

Doctor ignored my questions, rushed through the exam. Asked her to test for certain things, couldn't get ahold of her to get the test results. Asked her to look at my ultra sound she called me back 2 weeks later and left a vague email about it. Called today asked to stop in and pick up my medical records woman on the phone said it would cost 20 dollars! For records from just one visit. That is ridiculous I should not be charged to pick up my medical records. Then on top of that you have to stop in at certain times. Thats horrible. I'm going to report them

If you’re on birth control she requires you to come in twice a year basically to just get extra insurance/co-pays. No other GYN i’ve ever been to requires that.

Worse doctor I’ve ever seen. Obviously in it for the money. Did half of exam and charged me more than my copay. Now I’m in collection agency. The whole office is a total mess. I will be reporting her to pa medical board
