List of Jayesh B. Gosai's Reviews
Dr. Gosai has taken care of me and my family for the past 25 years. On several occasions Dr. Gosai has played an integral part of my stroke identification and recovery, implementation and application of a proven Covid recovery regiment that nearly took the life of a family member. This was all done from nearly 1000 miles away in Florida. To say that Dr. Gosai has been a blessing to me and my family is an understatement. Communication and evaluation is concise and direct which may rub people the wrong way but, as for me, I want to know exactly what is going on and what the options are without being sugarcoated. It says a lot about a Medical Professional who has successfully treated Medical Professionals from major Pittsburgh Hospitals and institutions that have contracted Covid. Dr Gosai's success rate for the treatment of Covid Patients is highly touted amongst the medical community. I highly recommend Dr. Gosai and his staff at Lions Medical Center in Greene County or the Greentree Medical Facility in Pittsburgh.
I have seen Dr.Gosai a number of times for everything from basic bloodwork to hormone testing and discussions regarding a diagnosis by my Gyno of a condition in my uterus, to ultrasounds, to back pains, to now seeking testing and diagnosis of a possible autoimmune disease. He always gives me time and focus and takes my concerns seriously as well as raises questions to cover all the bases. I’ve never ...
I had a breathing issue especially after Covid. J Gosai snd M Berkett couldn't had done a better job in clearing up my lungs. I was breathing terrific in a few days. I didn't have to stop to catch my breath walking from point A to B and didn't have to stop going up the steps at all. It was a terrific feeling. I wasn't coughing at all. Great team players to get you healthy
Do NOT recommend. On May 18, 2022, my mother and I tested positive for COVID-19. We both were told to get the monoclonal antibodies by our PCP due to pre-existing conditions that put us in the qualifying category for the antibodies. We went to Greentree Medical Center for the antibodies and my mother, thank god, received the antibodies from Dr. Gosai. On the other hand, Dr. Jayesh Gosai had horrible and rude bed-side manner with me and downplayed my pre-existing conditions, that are included in the CDC criteria of who should get the antibodies. He discriminated me, based solely on my age and not my medical history, and told me I was too young to get the antibodies and that I would "bounce back." I asked him what about if I do not? He told me to wait and see. We left shortly after and thank God my mother did not have some kind of allergic reaction to the antibodies because I found out later that a medical team is supposed to keep you at the facility for an hour to ensure you do not have a reaction. So Saturday, May 21, I called GreenTree Medical Center again because I was feeling worse and still could not get out of bed. I did not receive a phone call back for roughly six hours and was denied treatment again because "they simply did not have enough." I was referred to Olympus Infusions. Of course, they were closed on the weekend. So Monday, May 23, I made an appointment with Olympus Infusions. I went to Olympus and was told that patients with UPMC insurance had to pay $450 up front to receive the antibody. I called my insurance and they were not sure about the charge and did tell me that Greentree Medical was in my network. I called Greentree Medical AGAIN and was told by medical personnel that they would not pay that either and to schedule an appointment. However, she cannot guarantee Dr. Gosai would treat me because I was already turned down! Therefore, I made an appointment online for GreenTree Medical Center again and drove from Pleasant Hills to GreenTree for my 3:30 appointment. When I was there, waiting in the hall, the medical lady came and got my ID and insurance card. She came back out to me in roughly 15 minutes and told me there were no antibodies left and offered me the paxlovid pill. While, in the meantime, they were still offering appointments for the remainder of the day online for the antibodies. ALSO, she started processing the man next to me that was also there for the antibody infusion!! I HAD to get the antibodies on the 23rd because it was my six day of COVID and I was now being lied to by GreenTree. Therefore, I drove recklessly all the way from GreenTree back to Olympus Infusions in about 25 minutes to get there by 5:00 p.m. or I would not get the treatment. I arrived at 4:58 and my blood pressure was highly elevated from the stress. I paid the $450 and they had no problem giving me the infusion based on the criteria, that I MATCHED. Now, I have to go through the grief and aggravation of trying to get refunded $450 with my insurance for the antibodies. All of this while being sick with COVID. Discriminated and lied to by this doctor because he follows his own guidelines of who should be treated, and not established CDC guidelines. Horrible experience thanks to Dr. Gosai. AVOID.

The finest standard of care for covid 19 therapeutics. Save my husband's and my life. I can't recommend him higher
This man is a God send. I would trust him with my life because he's already saved it. Thank you is insufficient for the care and expertise this man has.
Visiting a doctor paying copay makes sense. to know about the results they ask us to come to the hospital. Again they asking to pay a copay for that. It so ridiculous for knowing the result paying copay. Even if you have an appointment you need to wait for 45 to 60 mins.
He charges more than 2 times of other doctors, nothing special. Avoid this clinic!!!
Very caring

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
