Horrible experience. The staff is way to overwhelmed with appointments that they never get to any walk in appointments. I waited for an hour to finally speak to an attendant who told me I would be there all day. Other customers with appointments said they were waiting 2 hours. Worst chaos ever.Do Not go to this location unless they hire more staff.

If you're trying to stay on hold for an hour and a half on the phone and then never have any customer service representative pick up choose Quest Diagnostics. If you want your call to be picked up in literally one single minute and have the most clear and helpful customer service choose Lab Corp. Never in my life would I consider Quest Diagnostics ever again. If you value your time you shouldn't either.

And in addition to my first complain, one of the lady's talked to my wife in a very rude and disrespectful way just because my wife doesnt speak English. My wife have an appoinment today but we decided to canceled.

Haven’t been here but idk why people are giving it 1 star just because it’s the testing lab and you can’t get your blood drawn? Maybe if you actually did some research first you’d know that 🙃

Looks like a lab online but it is not. It is just the actual laboratory doing the blood test. Don’t go here.
