Dr. Wetzel was great as are all of the professionals at family practice, especially Dr. Kirk and Dr. Wetzel. The cello music by Dr. Kirks daughter in the waiting area was just a nice added bonus.

The staff is always so kind and patient when asking them a question or just talking! They make you feel welcomed and heard when you tell them what’s going on with yourself! I appreciate it so much! They never rush you or brush off your concerns. They make sure you have nothing else to discuss before checking out. Thank you

Danielle no longer works there. So all the refills on my prescriptions were canceled and I wasn't notified. When I called to have my one medication I can't go with out refilled that had run out over the weekend they said she could send a refill in. well that refill wasn't sent in to the pharmacy, so I called 5 minuets prior to them closing the

I have been to other Family Practice Centers and they were amazing. This one - not so much... It seems that every time you call you need an appointment so they can bill you for an office visit - $120 after insurance. The final straw for me was when I had to go to an appointment so they could "put a note in my chart". They also like to request you come in for an office visit so they can refer you to someone else - despite insurance not requiring it. In addition to not feeling well and having to travel to the office for anything and everything - the front office staff is condescending to say the least and the nurses act very unprofessionally in the triage area (their jokes, laughs, and music can be heard in all examine rooms). I have taken my medical care elsewhere and I hope anyone considering to go to this office does that same.

Called at 8:00 and was told a nurse would call me back .... called again at 1:00 and was told the nurse was with a patient and would call when she was done.......over 2 hours later and still no call.
