Dr Kirk explained everything clearly and answared any questions asked.

Dr. Kirk took his time to explain my condition as well as an upcoming procedure about which I am highly anxious. Dr. Kirk's answers to my questions and his demeanor put me at ease. I am so thankful for his expertise and wonderful service his office provides.

I’m in the medical field and Dr. Kirk is very unprofessional. He treated me worse than a hated dog. When I called his office to complain, I was informed that I couldn’t make one because Dr. Kirk owns the place. I’ve tried a few of the other PA’s and they were just as bad.

HORRIBLE experience with this Dr. Kirk . I visited Dr. Kirk and had pain level #8. I requested a refill for Tramadol because Advil was ineffective. (my last refill of 30 Tramadol lasted 8 months, so no, I’m not an addict) Dr. Kirk literally started yelling at me through his mask, telling me, “absolutely not “ and when I questioned him , “why?”, he just said, “we’re not dealing with this at this appointment”. I was like, okay, I need to make another appointment to state #8 pain again!? I then stated, “you don’t have to get so mad about it “. Dr. Kirk response was as though I had asked him for Fentanyl or Morphine, all I needed was a step above the Advil and was prescribed nothing. When I asked Dr. Kirk, “what am I supposed to do about the #8 pain, his response was, “deal with it”. This is not the first time I’ve had a medical problem that this doctor couldn’t help with; however, it will be the LAST!!!

Dr. Kirk is purely professional and an outstanding physician. First off, he washed his hands in front of me and then he started reviewing my chief complaint. After doing so, he examined me--actually touched and examined the concerned area (when's the last time that happened with your physician or health care provider?) He explained concisely what he was thinking and his recommendations and listening to my questions regarding such. I'm now on my way to resolving my issue and I truly thank Dr. Kirk. I'm lucky to have found such a physician. Hughesville can be proud to have a physician of his caliber.

His secretarial staff is less then to be desired. Danielle and Tina are the rudest secretaries I have ever dealt with.

Does not take the time to answer your questions. Quick in and out. Doesn't even ask "Is there anything else?" before rushing out the door.

I am a bit of a tough customer despite having gone here for years. My beloved Dr retired, and Dr. Kirk is a great replacement...thanks for being there at the level of excellence.

Didn't take time to explains things like I would have liked. Called his office for days before someone would answer, had to wait over one week for an urgent appointment and the office staff is beyond rude!!
