Dr. Eilsner is the best in the game
My two children have been coming here for 6 years. We have always had very pleasant experience with little wait time. Dr. Iqbal is kind, knowledgeable, and takes her time with the visit. The nurses have always been very gentle and kind as well. Whenever I have needed a more immediate response the office has always done a great job. I would recommend this location and Dr. Iqbal to others.
Love this place, my kids get great care. Love Dr. Julius!
Nothing but good things to say!! We love the nurses, front desk staff, and Kylie and Craig!!
Worst customer service ever. I scheduled appointments for my 2 kids. Video appointments. No one ever picked up. Couldn't call the location kept hanging up on me. No one has called me back. Waited on a video call for over 45 minutes and no doctor joined. Waste of my time and my kids time. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.
We couldn't be more happy that this is the pediatrician we chose for our son. There is a much closer office to us, but Dr. Natalie is caring, compassionate, and always listens to all of our concerns. The other doctors are great too as well as the rest of the staff. It's nice to know that coming here has kept my son from having that fear of the doctor that kids often have.
Everyone was very kind to my sick daughter and I. The waiting room was clean, and large with good covid precautions. The manager was helping out in the front, which I thought was amazing! She was so kind to us, and all the PA, Kylie B was great with my daughter! We had an issue with our pharmacy not caring what we needed. They promptly switched my script and location so we could get my daughter better. I am so pleased with the experience and I highly recommend this location!
So my son had his flu and covid vaccines, then got a little sick afterwards. He had a slight fever, chills, etc... All perfectly reasonable reactions to the covid vaccine. However due to his reaction they decided to do a strep test & covid swab just to be sure. We were there for a total of 4 hours just for this. It took at least 30 minutes just to get checked in since only 1 person was doing that & they were packed. Once we saw the doc & he ordered the tests, we sat in the exam room for approx an hour while I could hear them wondering in the hallway if we were still there. The doc opened the door, said "yep they're still here" and it still took them another half an hour before they swabbed him. After that they said, "the strep test will be done in just a few minutes but the covid results will take 48 hrs and he needs to stay home from school until he gets a negative result." I had to finally step out into the hallway & flag someone down for the strep results bc they apparently forgot about us again!! Last night was 48 hours & we called to check the results. Of course they can't give us that info on the phone unless they call us, but he's on day 3.5 of no school & we still haven't received a call about results. Idk if this is their normal operating procedure or what, but it certainly doesn't scream "we care about you," does it? The staff were fairly friendly though, so there's that I guess.
We are new to the area. Called to make a new patient appointment for my son. The receptionist was rude from the beginning and then denied an appointment because we haven't vaccinated him. They apparently only care about the kids they can get the $40,000 kick back from the insurance companies for fully vaccinated kids. So if my son needs a well visit they won't see him? Gee if he's not vaccinated, he must not be worthy enough to have access to medical care. Go anywhere else!
Everyone in the office is so patient and kind. They always answer all of my questions I have and I love that they triage through a nurse for things that may not have to be seen at an emergency room.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
