Dr matthews and his staff are very friendly professional and always willing to help. Besides the phone system, Dr matthews is very educated and spot on with all of the up to date news on all your medical needs, if your looking for a local physician who is honest with your health give him a call

I have been seeing Dr Matthews for over 4 years now since my previous family doctor retired. He is professional, caring, listens, and is a good diagnostician and up to date on all recent procedures and testing. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff members who are competent, fast and knowledgeable. The wait time is always less than 5 minutes and he takes at least 1/2 hour with established patients; new patients whichi was my son, at least 1 hour. Whenever I leave messages or need test results, he gets back to me the same day.

Always a good experience. Dr. Matthews listens and cares.

This review is purely based on my experience of the staff members who answered the phones. A few weeks ago I called to request some bloodwork, I was told by the receptionist that Dr. Matthews would probably not approve it, I never was given a reason or even received so much as a call back. Just today I called to book a virtual appointment for my boyfriend so he could get a referral to a specialist. They refused to see him because they were not accepting new patients for months and would not do a virtual appointment with a new patient. Due to their lack if helpfulness and rude attitude I will be looking for a new primary care physician.

Dr. Matthews is very professional and actually takes his time to talk with you. Unfortunately my insurance changed and I had to stop going to him which I was really upset about because it’s very hard to find a doctor who actually cares about his patients.

Love Dr. MATTHEW'S, which is saying alot because I hate going to the doctor's office!! I avoid it at all costs!! He is very personable and has a great sense of humor which is why I actually go to see him when i feel sick!

Went in for a physical and asked ahead of time if I would have to fast because I'd like my cholesterol levels checked. They told me to hold off and that they would write me a script if necessary since my appointment was at 2ish. I went to the visit and the doctor wrote me a script, as I was supposed to be fasting. I confirmed with him during the visit that I would not be paying a co-pay since it was part of my annual physical. Months go by and I start receiving bills for a co-pay. I call them and their billing department to clear it up and they repeatedly tell me it will be handled and I request for a call back to confirm. Never get a call back. Time goes by and I continue to receive bills and then even more recently a collections notice. I keep an eye on my Credit Karma and have a score over 700 and noticed that it took a slight hit around that time. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. That is fraud if you are incorrectly coding. Never again --- I value my credit score and this is ABSOLUTELY disgusting business practice.

What an awesome, kind, patient Dr. Matthews is. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing!!!! Ive only been there once so far but I hate hate dealing with new situations. I went in there nervous and uncomfortable but after a minute with Deadra that was over. All the staff there is beyond pleasent. I actually am looking forward to heading over there today. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
