List of Anoia-Loftus Elizabeth's Reviews
Dr. Anoia was very clear in her explanation of what I was experiencing. Very compassionate and listened very carefully to what I was feeling and she explained what we were going to do as a follow up to make sure there were no underlying issues. She can come across as a little abrupt sometimes, but I’ve had it a lot worse with other doctors. Would recommend!!!
Dr. Anoia was attentive to me answering all my questions always smiling attention to detail
Was made to feel comfortable as possible with a procedure that was very stressful for me. Dr Anoia and nurse assistant Chris were very professional and were informative from beginning to the end.
Dr Anoia answers all the questions I always have and then some.
Dr. Anoia-Loftus was excellent treating me. She was clear and supportive which is what I needed to deal with something I found scary. I will recommend her to my friends.
In regards to the care i received, Dr. Anoia Loftus was able to resolve my issue that i've been dealing with for several years, and finally get me some relief. However, her bedside manner is nonexistent. I left my first appointment crying. She was rude, kept telling me the things i as describing were incorrect (i guess what she meant by that was i was using the incorrect term for my symptoms), and she had no empathy whatsoever. I felt very affronted that i was told what i was experiencing was "wrong". There is a better way to say that, like "i think what you may be trying to describe is ..." or "in our industry we prefer to use the term ..." etc.. All in all, I'm glad we were able to get to the bottom of it and she was able to resolve my issues, but go in with the mindset that you will be knocked around emotionally and mentally prepare for being manhandled.
Worst physician I have ever been to. She had no interest in listening to me describe my syptoms. She cut me off continually and bascially told me I caused my symptoms. I had to listed to her scold another patient accross the hall from my room as I waited well past my appointment time. Completely arogant and had no regard for my discomort. I never went back and found an amazing physician at Penn who helped me find the right doctor to diagnose my issues. Do yourself a favor and stay away from her. I've never written a review about a physician before, but her complete lack of compassion compelled me to do so.
I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my entire life. For years I have been struggling with bladder issues that have taken a toll on my physical and mental health. When I tried expressing my concerns to Dr. Anoia, she was rude, condescending, and borderline aggressive. She constantly spoke over me and denied I was having the symptoms multiple doctors said I had. She also attacked me personally for taking medication various doctors said I needed. Dr. Anoia was so rude that I eventually started to cry during our appointment. Instead of apologizing or changing her tone of voice, she made me feel like the health issues I was struggling with were my fault. I left that appointment sobbing and feeling like there was no chance of getting better.
I went to her a couple years ago and never went back. It was an emergency visit .which I appreciated. She said i had bladder can cer that day . There was a test she did on me with a scope and a tiny camera into my bladder, when she found no evidence she was convinced that the blood must be from the b Kidney and tried setting me up for a surgical procedure on my kidney.....I ignored most of her phone calls and then finally talked to her and told her NO. Anyway, I had a U.T.I I give her a 0 rating. She needs to go back to school
Love this doctor. She has always helped me and was very patient. Been with her for years

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
