List of Comprehensive Arthritis Care Consultants's Reviews
The medical personnel associated with this practice are excellent; however, since it has been incorporated into a five-location practice, it is impossible to call and get connected with a human being. Moreover, when you leave a message, it is never picked up or passed along. So you never get a return call. But you do get three-minute robo calls prior to your appointment reminding you to bring medical information and your co-pay with you. Apparently, the main office is only concerned that you will defraud the practice of its co-pay. I am beyond frustrated in dealing with this system.
Left a message over 1 week ago and I still haven’t receive a call back. Horrible place.
I was referred here with back pain that was dramatically limiting my quality of life. I saw Dr. Sherilyn T. McCollum, and she's wonderful. Asked me detailed questions about my symptoms and really listened to the answers. When my lab work didn't offer clear answers, she still discerned that I was likely suffering from inflammatory arthritis, and put me on just the right medication. Now my pain is under control, and I'm able to do all sorts of everyday tasks that were too challenging to bother with before. Highly recommended!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
