I have personal choice and the office had the nerve to send me a two thousand dollar bill. I was supposed to get a call in June for a surgery date for my bph. Well I went in and gave a urine sample and another patient got mad because I was in the bathroom giving a sample and he couldn't get in he spilled my sample by knocking it on the floor. I guarantee you if I did that I would be reprimanded. I complained and all they said was we need you to give another sample can you come back in. I think I will find someone else to help me.

We arrived before my appointment & we were greeted with a smile by all. The office ran smoothly & quickly. I would recommend Dr. Dean to anyone who is interested in a Urologist. I was pleased with the way the Dr. presented himself. Very bubbly & knowledgeable. 6/9/2023 visit
