List of MIchael J. Palazzolo's Reviews
I've known Dr. Palazzolo for over 2 decades. I became his patient in 2006 after a fall at work. As time went by my medical condition worsened. I was stunned to find out that irregular painful episodes I was having with my spine turned out to be a serious congenital disorder. Thankfully Dr. Palazzolo was very kind, patient and understanding with me. He thoroughly explained everything for me. I remember how grateful I felt to have a primary care provider help to resolve my overall fear of my condition. To this day Dr. Palazzolo remains caring and inspiring with my daily struggle to live with my disease. I will always remain grateful to this wonderful professional individual!
Dr. Palazzolo and his office staff and PA are patently unclear in their communication to new patients. When making a first appointment they cited rules by which they allow patients to make appts, but then when told of circumstances, they say, ok, that's no problem, come on in. One month goes by until the first appointment, not with the physician, but with the PA. Rules cited in first phone call are again not mentioned as, seemingly, not relevant in this case. Two months later the rules, which were broken in the first appointment and, as well, not mentioned are, for no discernible or stated reason, again enforced. Not only that, they have asked for written permission for previous doctors notes, meaning no going back to previous physician. In the first visit, a very rude man asks you for your patient information. He and another staffer answer the phone..."hello." I've never heard a doctor's office answer with the word "hello." The online portal has no record of what one has done, of messages sent, of refills requested. And there is no answering communication of any kind, phone or online message. This was a grievous waste of time for me, a senior citizen with continuing medical issues.
Dr. Palazzolo has really helped my family. I couldn't have asked for more resourceful doctor for questions and care. I would also like to say thank you to all your staff too. His staff got you covered when it comes to health care and was very informative. Great community health-care practice!!

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr Palazzolo and the rest of the staff are so nice, they make u feel very comfortable and cared about. Dr Palazzolo is very in depth with your health to make sure u have any concerns answered. He does not minimize anything that u feel or express. He never has rushed me thru an appointment.... ever! I have also seen his nurse practitioner, Jennifer many times. She also is very compassionate n makes it a point to understand what u are feeling or any concerns u may have. She even looks things up on the computer while u are there to make sure she has explained things completely without leaving anything out n to give u more understanding of things whether it is other symptoms or other procedures or other side effects, anything at all! Dr. Palazzolo n his staff are simply amazing people, the way a dr office n visit SHOULD BE!! not the way times (whether dr or bc of insurance companies) have changed most dr visits to a “transaction” to get paid for!
Dr. Palazzolo is a great doctor. Very caring, always listens to your problems both physical and mental. I recommend him.
Has been my PCP for 25 years now and couldnt ask for a better doctor. Going to the office feels like a visit with family. Couldn't be happier.
Listens to you. Partners with you for your health.
Dr palazzolo is the most compassionate dr I've ever met. I worked with him at Jean's hospital about 25years ago and I would never change. He's very intelligent and dosen't "talk down " to you. He listens to what you think and dosen't rush you out . I would highly recommend him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
