Worst doctor ever never responds. Been calling for results for 5 days. My mom is in pain but the doctor has no care.

Ever since Newtown Medical Group merged into Holland medical associates the staff is rude and uncooperative. I called one day to make an appointment and the receptionist was so rude and unhelpful I chose to go to urgent care rather than make an appointment with them. A few months later I tried again this time with a much more important issue and I was told that I couldnt get an appointment for a month out even though I explained that I had issues to discuss that couldnt wait. When they refused to give me an appointment any earlier I suggested I may have to find another doctor and the rude receptionist said okay and hung up on me. I was looking for help with an urgent issue and was left without any options except to find another doctor. Rather than write a bad review as Im doing now I decided to try to resolve things by speaking to the office manager but unfortunately she did not take the time to call me back. Ive been with this office for about 8 years and Im shocked and upset that at this stage I have to find another doctor because of the rudeness and unkindness of the office staff over an issue that would have been easily resolved had anyone cared to help me.

Dr. Liaw himself is fine but his staff is rude nasty and arrogant.

THE WORST DOCTOR EVER DONT EVEN GO THERE HE DOES NOTHING FOR YOU A PHYSICAL IS CHECKING HEART BEAT AND LUNGS THATS ITANY IMAGES OR TEST DONT EXPECT A CALL FROM HIM WITH THE RESULTS YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL HIM TO GET THROUGH THE STAFF MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO STAY ON THE PHONE AND HALF OF THEM DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING THE CLINIC BEAUTIFUL..........THATS THE GOOD ABOUT THIS DOCTOR

Its not just him Its everyone who works there. They treat you like your just a number. If your really sick forget it. Try calling them all you get is PRESS 5 for more options.. I dont know why Im even spending my time here. Maybe to WARN others DONT GO THERE PS. All they care about is money they owe me $30.00. They can shove it up there OT OU no more room to type

I agree that Dr. Liaw is too conservative in treating sinusitis leaving it to develop into more serious conditions such as bronchitis. He ruined one of my vacations this way. He does not trust the patient to know what is going on despite a clear history of sinusitis. Further he did not give me exercises for a pinched nerve which I found to be extremely helpful when another doctor gave them to me a few weeks after seeing Dr Liaw.

Dr. Liaw is often too conservative in treating an illness leaving you to suffer until the illness progresses. This means you have to suffer until your cold symptoms develop into an URI or bronchitis or a sinus infection. He also under medicates by giving you a lower dosage of antibiotics or too short a course of medication to eradicate your illness. This means you start to get better then the medication stops and you get sick all over again

Made faulty decisions causing a neardeath incident. Works with non professional and or inconsistently educated assistants. Refers some patients to new inexperienced or poorly operated medical specialists and facilities. Not for seniors. Will not discuss problems or inconsistencies. Works with and depends on medical insurance companies to withhold or misdirect information. Be forewarned.

Caused near death experience. Inexperienced staff Many technical school related 90 day graduate period. Office uses reduced professional staff. Covers up accidents quickly. No inhouse professional lab or med tech.
