He's a very good MD very personable
Not a good doctor, very inactive, slow to diagnose and treat. He is my father's doctor, my father too timid to say he wants to change. Discharged my father with serious neck pain, said it needs an MRI to diagnose but did not order an MRI. Also needed rehab on knee, going in for that, when I asked about the neck Dr Panas said "let's do one thing at a time", so no diagnosis or treatment for the serious neck pain, it continues. Apparently doesn't think you can address two orthopedic issues at the same time. My Dad had numbness in the leg, Panas did nothing until the pediatrician recommended seeing a vascular surgeon, then Panas orders doppler study. Study showed PAD, Panas did not treat it. Bad leg caused a fall. Have had numerous similar issues many times, if you are Dr Panas' patient you need to aggressively advocate for yourself, if the patient is not prepared or suited for that kind of confrontation with their doctor, you need to find someone other than Dr. Panas. Stay away.

The office staff always provides excellence, compassion & confidentiality. The office is cozy and appointments run on time.
Dr. Panis took care of a hospitalized family member of mine. I am out of state and didn't know why my family member was hospitalized. I am a physician and can understand that physicians are very busy, but he was extraordinarily rude and unhelpful. Dr. Panis only provided minimal details when prompted and kept on trying to end the conversation before I had the chance to have my questions answered. I can't speak for the quality of his care, but his bedside manner is just horrible. I would not want my family member treated by this doctor again!
Dr. Panis is very knowledgeable and seriously wants the best for his patients. It may mean an extra test or two but he will narrow down what the problem is and will work with you to try different medications/ solutions to see what works best for you.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
