Worst bed side manner ever! Her staff and her are very unprofessional and she has a very unpleasant disposition about her. I wouldn't bother trying to get care from her as she is new to the profession and her lack of empathy and compassion shows. I have reported this office to my insurance company. Try Rheumatic Disease Assoc. Instead. Get the care you deserve.

I believe I was significantly overcharged on my 1st exam-- $439 (after insurance adjustment = $175). The typical PA cost for a 1st visit is $108-$144 before insurance. The 2nd visit was $238 ($35 that I owed). During the 2nd exam, she ran through the identical long battery of questions that she had just done 3 wks prior, ostensibly so she could overcharge me yet again. Finally, I had difficulty getting my dexascan copy & was told there would be a $10.50 charge to provide it. I got the report through my H/C network and discovered she never disclosed to me about my forearm density number decreasing to a statistically significant degree. The office appears to be less than busy as I was the only patient there both times. Draw your own conclusions as to why. I won't be back.

Have been a patient of Dr. McCollum for several months now. She has gotten me through that period much better than I could have ever imagine. she is caring and patient, and very knowledgeable ……..could not ask for a better doctor.

Beware. Horribly Unprofessional Practice and DR. Does not receive good reviews. Do your research. Do not share personal information or give your credit card to this DR. I implore you not to go to this practice but if you do BRING CASH. Do not share SS# or give personal info at the desk. • this practice is owned by DR McCollum • not the office staff but practices by Dr • implore to be very careful if you attend this practice.

Dr. McCollum is an incredible caring doctor and person.
