He's my pcp for 15 years and he's the best doctor I've ever had. He's extremely busy because he's that good. Never had any problems with them actually I consider the whole staff like my friends they're so nice and they really care about the patients ☺️

Hands down the best PCP I've ever had. I NEVER feel rushed and we work together as a team to come up with the best solution if I have an illness or problem. Dr. McCaslin genuinely cares about his patients.

Without question, I highly recommend Dr. McCaslin. Very seldom does one come across a physician who is truly focused on the patient's well-being & continues to demonstrate it. You will not find another HCP who is as genuinely committed to his patient's health than Todd McCaslin!

Had to change doctors and Dr McCaslin was recommended by friends. At my initial consultation he was very attentive to what I had to say; didn't rush me. I knew I had found a doctor I could trust and who really cared about his patients.

nice doctor. unaccommodating staff. does not call you directly ever. whoever calls you back on your report has zero clue what is going on with you at all so don't expect an explanation on anything He is great. his staff is not great at all. nope.

If you have a serious problem, try to avoid Heiple. I have a certain disease for years and felt worse. Dr. Todd is good, but he does not have any close appointment. They advertised Dr. Heiple to me. He did not even read my histories before talking with me. So, lack of preparation. The ultrasound clearly shows the problem, believe me, I did my research and have doctor friends. However, this doctor told me everything looks fine. Let me update after seeing specialist. Totally waste of my time and co-pay.

Dr McCaslin is the kindest most understanding I have ever met. The office staff are also very nice. Hope i never have to change Doctors!!

Dr. McCaslin has taken exemplary care of myself and several family members. He has been doing so for over 11 years. He is the most caring doctor I have ever been to and takes his time to explain all issues in a way I will understand. His follow up is something you don't see anymore with doctors. He takes time to talk and care. I highly recommend him.
