Went to him for about a year for depression and anxiety issues. Was told i was not needed to be seen for 6 months, only gave me a 3 month script for anti-depressants, ran out and was told i could not get refills without an appointment, closest appointment was 1 month out. Great job for a mental health provider with a patient dealing with major depression...

Dr. Parekh always listens to you and does everything he can to help you. He is very kind and reassuring as he talks to you. He would answer all of my questions and make appropriate treatment suggestions based on my situation. I felt very confident in his abilities as a psychiatrist. He is very knowledgeable about psychiatry and all of the different medications and recommends treatments catered to you and your past experiences. I would recommend him to anyone.

I saw Dr. Parekh for about a year. He never acknowledged anything I said to him, he could never seem to get to the appointment on time, he literally just ordered my medication. He has knowledge, but he did not use it with me and simply reordered my medication each visit.
