Bosco E. Noronha's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Norona himself is a wonderful 5 star doctor. He's among the best in his specialty. The reason for only 2 is his wife Sylvia, who is his biller, scheduler and whatever else. She is the most miserable, abhorrent woman I've ever had to deal with. She has literally never been pleasant to anyone when I've been there. She humiliated a young lady one day by yelling out how much she owed. She's just rude and obnoxious and is, despite how great Dr. Noronha is, the reason I'll never set foot in that office again. I'm guessing by how she treated that young woman and by how aggressive she was to us about payment before treatment, she is pretty worried about her livelihood. What's funny is that her behavior is costing them patients and therefore, money. SMH..

After 3-4 years of issues with ears and sinuses with Dr Roscoe in dubois who did really nothing I switched to Dr nahrona and he was able to get to the bottom of things and actually treated me with what needed done. He was excellent! So glad I switched to him!

Lack of care; has no care about a family, refuses treatment on younger children and also neglects the adult patients that he does have. Very arrogant, my family stopped utilizing his services and moved to a different county to be able to get the proper treatment. Also after over a year of not using him; they billed my account for $123. They will be seeing this returned to them.

Dr. Noronha managed my problem with a nosebleed that would not stop. Dr Noronha is an outstand professional who takes the time review your case in a professional manner who no doubt is concerned for each of his patients. I highly recommend him for my friends and family. Also, his office staff is second to none. They are very kind and professional and sincerely care about their patients. I am thankful and grateful to have such a medical team in our community!

Dr.Noronha is a very great Dr who takes the time to listen to you! He put my sons tunes in at the age of 2, and was fantastic with him! His staff is very kind and helpful as well.

Dr. Noronha is a really great doctor. He is very knowledgeable and tries to help in any way he can. The nurses are very nice as well!

This place is the biggest waste of time I waited over a 1 Hour and didn't see the doctor I had to walk out they was also very rude to me about all of it

My adult son and I both went to see Dr Noronha to get our ears cleaned and to get hearing tests. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable, however the receptionists at the window and the audiologist are not only rude but arrogant. We will never go back even though we liked the doctor. He may want to consider getting some better staff before he's put out of business.

I have been taking my kids to him since they were very young and him and entire staff are absolutely wonderful!! I even started going to him

The doctor is awesome he helped me out when I was pregnant and have constant nose bleeds and migraines and he recently helped my fiance out and had an appointment scheduled for June 7th at 11am and when we went to cancel due to IBS flare up she was said she was going to charge us 35$ lmfao um go ahead it's not like we know when a flare up is going to happen..hmm let me see I'll you on a SUNDAY and tell you in advance that my fiance is gonna cancel because HE MIGHT HAVE DIARRHEA get a grip on reality idiots.
