Durr S. Ahmed's Online Review Report Card

I've been to this Dr ONE time and that office is SO hard to get a hold of, they do not return calls no matter how many messages you leave, they never answer their phones. The Dr has no idea how to read the proper test results for the correct patient (dr reviews results, thyroid issue, has another dr review results, oh borderline heart attack and high blood pressure thank you very much for ignoring those VITAL symptoms!!!!!) I wouldn't recommend this dr to look at a goat let alone a person. If I could give NO stars I would. unbelievable!

Dr. Ahmed took the time to personally call me regarding my mother's last appointment and concerns she has about her condition. I was honestly touched as other doctor's in the area would not even give her time to address.

Called to make an appointment for a routine check up. Got the answering machine and the office called me back within an hour. They gave me an appointment for the very next day. The office staff was very pleasant. I was taken back to the examine room where my vital signs weredone by a very nice nurse, then the doctor came in shortly after that. Dr. Durre Ahmed was very nice and efficient. All in all, I am very happy with this office.

Dr. D. Ahmed is the best! She takes my health issues and concerns into consideration, soundly. She has shown genuine concern and interest in the care and treatment of my well-being. I truly appreciate all of Doctor Ahmed's strong medical knowledge and advice. I can always feel her compassion to solve an issue for my health-sake. She is an absolute, wonderfully -skilled Doctor, professionally- made, Wholehearted!

Worst service I have ever received from a doctors office. Goodluck getting ahold of them on the phone. They are slow at what they do, and aren't even that friendly when they Do it. Don't use this doctors office you'll regret it..

The worst most uneducated service I have ever received. Wasn't even capable of an accurate referral to a specialist!

I do NOT recommend this physician for anyone. I have been a registered nurse for over 20 years and I am being completely honest when I say she provided horrible care for my mother. She ignored her initial complaint of leg pain which resulted in a blood clot moving from her leg to her lungs and when my mother cried with trouble breathing....complained of not being able to breathe, she laughed and blamed it on psychological problems and prescribed her horrible sedating antipsychotic meds to shut her up. Thankfully she was sent to Pittsburgh where she got a proper diagnosis and was able to be comfortable before she passed away. Please think twice before seeing this physician.

More than once I've had to leave a scheduled apt without being seen after waiting for over 3 hours. I have left messages daily for a week without receiving a call back trying to schedule an anual exam. My concerns are not addressed, and the Dr has no bedside manner. They refuse to let you view your own chart, and do not call with test results even when they are abnormal.
