He is a good doctor. But the wait time is ridiculous. I had a 3pm appointment at 4:22 I still wasn’t registered. His waiting room is to small. I won’t go back.

After making appointment within minutes called back to reschedule because of a planned vacation. It was no problem & they rescheduled to day after return. After waiting 6 weeks for appointment while on vacation they call to confirm the canceled appointment; said I never called & changed. Now to wait till mid September! Very disappointed that office error has caused delay in au possible retinal problem in post stroke patient and possible permanent vision loss & doc won’t know it happened!

office called confirming appointment, I asked if I needed a driver afterwards, told yes. Arriver for appointment, signed in waited almost an hour to see an assistant, who had me read a chart, checked pressure and put drops in the eyes. I was taken to another waiting room, to wait to see the doctor. one woman said her appointment was at 1:30 and it was now 3:30. There were 3 other people besides her, So after another hour , I got to see the doctor. Three Hours for all patients and drivers.
