We didn’t even get a room and my friend received minimal treatment. The nurse rolled her eye at my friend as well, and she was very dismissive of my friends symptoms. When she asked for assistance while in the waiting room her request was denied. So frustrated rn.
My mom came in with a broken blood vessel and the team got together right away to get her fixed up!! I don't normally care for half the staff but these ones on shift were good!!!
Ngl this place is a joke. Not to mention VERY dirty, i went to the restroom and there was dried up blood on the walls. and the wait times are ridiculous !! i came here crying from pain in my stomach and they put me in a room, i called them three times saying i was in pain and not once did someone come in. If it wasn’t for this being the closest hospital i would never never come back here. It’s a joke. staff don’t care about their patients, let alone their hygiene. 10/10 would NOT recommend.
Been here 3hrs in waiting room. Total disfunction no one at reception desk wait 20min to check in the fast forward 3hrs and im still in waiting room freezing my butt off under the cranked ac blowing down my back. Had no choice but to come here my regular pcp wont see you if your sick. So here i am wasting my day being exposed to who knows what horray. Dont come here unless you have time to kill. And was here earlier in week same thing doesnt seem to be out of the ordinary for this slow paced place.
Thank you for helping my Mom ! Greatest ER nurses/staff around, Knowledgeable and friendly, even when you are in their way. Of course you have to wait, things take time and you are not the only patient...
I'll clarify beforehand that this is strictly an ER review. I was in the middle of changing antidepressants when (despite following my psychiatrist's plan to the letter) I was hit with horrible withdrawal symptoms. Think of it like the worst flu you've ever had multiplied by five. After a week of no help from the guidance center (see my other reviews for that fun!), I gave in and went to the ER. I was taken to a room within 10 minutes of registration - not bad for late evening on a Friday. To make a long story short, Dr. Kriger is incredible. He listened to my concerns and explained everything clearly, and I felt that he genuinely cared about what I was going through. Overall a resounding endorsement for the ER - but especially for Dr. Kriger.
I want to first start out by saying that I greatly appreciate the walk-in clinic and Alicia. I needed to have X-rays done and I originally went to the walk-in clinic for an order. The clinic referred me to the ER for imaging, but it's not clear that you have to walk around to the main entrance to be seen as an outpatient. I had explained my situation to the front desk of the ER and no one mentioned this to me. Actually one of the staff told me that I was going to be seen again. I didn't agree with this, but it was fine since I thought this was my only option. I get triaged and registered before Alicia came to take my x-rays. As she was talking to me she realized the clinic had sent for x-rays and was confused as to who's orders she would be following. She was able to get in contact with the clinic and confirm I should've just been seen outpatient. So, Alicia will save me the pain of 2 visits for essentially the same result and outcome. I appreciate her for actually helping me and she deserves a lot of credit. I write 2 stars because this experience concerns me. Alicia had mentioned I wasn't the only one who had this issue. I was just fortunate enough to have Alicia realize that something wasn't right. I am hoping the hospital addresses this issue with staff and that this doesn't happen to anyone else. This is written under an alias, but hopefully Alicia realizes who this is. So, 5 stars for Alicia and walk-in. 1 star for the ER.
This hospital has concerned we'll trained nurses and doctors .
Absolutely horrifying to see what this place actually represents. I have heard rumors but thought they would never be remotely close to being true. In fact, sadly, they are. IRMC has individuals working for them that are very kind, educated and motivated to reach out with help in any way possible. These individuals are far and few between though. Hard to find but they are lucky to have. As for the rest of them. Quite incompetent, harsh, rude, mean, hateful, compassionless, lazy and very uneducated. My suggestions to the ER staff are to hold virtual or in person staff meetings to get everyone on that floor on the same page. Everyone runs around like their heads are cut off. It is embarrassing. They handle patients with the worst care or touch, they are not fragile or willing to be what so ever. I would be embarrassed beyond extreme to say I am employed here when talking with my friends and family, as the rumors and reputation holds true. The worst I have ever dealt with. -10k rating
The medical staff and greeters were very nice! Helpful and compassionate!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
