If I could leave a 0 I would. Did not have a very good experience at all after the scope. Was told I see two things that could be causing the issue then walked away. I had to follow to ask how long the biopsy even takes to come back. When I got a call from the office that everything came back, I asked about him seeing the two things that could be causing the issues. The office had no idea what I was talking about. Now back to square one with not sure what’s going on still.
Whyshould I edit may review when everything was the truth and he all most cost me my life?
I made numerous calls to this office and my insurance company to be sure my colonoscopy would be billed as screening and covered 100%. I was assured that it would be, no problem at all. I later received a VERY large bill because it was billed as diagnostic. The reason for the change that I was given was that it was changed because I received a "diagnosis". The only diagnosis I received was that I had a few diverticuli pockets that were not causing a problem. A quick Google search said that 58% of adults over 60 will have these pockets. I was told to come back in 10 years. I will never return to this practice and will not recommend them at all. Calling the number in their reply did nothing to resolve the issue. I was just told that the information that the person who does the billing had given me was wrong.
How on earth does he have such good ratings? That was the most unprofessional and rude visit I've ever had. He literally stormed out in the middle of it, what medical professional does that?
Most unprofessional Dr. Office I have ever experienced. Received message from lab stating that I need to see Dr. Immediately via USPS nearly a month after having test done. No follow-up from staff/Dr. As promised and during peak of Covid, multiple staff members not wearing masks or wearing them with nose snot covered. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR. OFFICE.
He was extremely inconsiderate and wouldn't listen to me. What a waste of time.
What a wonderful doctor. He is very patient, kind and considerate.
I have recently been treated at his office in Somerset. The staff members are very nice . I didn't sit in a waiting room forever, I was in and out pretty quick. Dr Cramer was very professional and courteous. He explained what was happening and how things will be treated. I will be continuing to be treated there and recommend his office to others.
I have experienced none of the negative comments that have been listed here. Dr is friendly, he expects you to be pretty precise on your description of symptoms so he can properly diagnose so some people may think he's intimidating because he is serious, I appreciate all his processes in helping me find out my issue. Best thing to do is write down everything you experience and eat so you know what your answers are when he asks. Several times I thought and said to him it's probably nothing because my symptoms are so all over the place but he hasn't given up on me like I wanted to give up on my illness. I appreciate him for that very much so.
Terrible bedside manner. He was not able to explain tests and what he was looking for. Office staff is taking too long to transfer my records to a new dr. Avoid him!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
