Very nice doctor goes above the normal care

Can't stand this place. I filled a release form to another pcp a few weeks ago. I called today and they still never faxed it. They said they do it in the morning. Idc how petty I am I will show up in person to make sure they sent it cause I don't want to be there no more. I need to go to a doctor. This place is a joke.

I have to agree with the lady about the front staff being horrible. Maybe not all of them, but the lady who answered the phone, when I called with a question was quite snippy. Perhaps she is in the wrong line of work as dealing with the public requires a tad bit more professionalism than she was willing to give. The call lasted about 30 seconds so it's not as if I was dragging out my question.

The front staff is HORRIBLE. I’ve never had such a hard time getting my INHALER. They could prescribe any narcotics on the spot. But something I need to breathe. It took 13 days fighting with them. Worst experience ever.

I recommend asking for his wife Sharon Han, she is a nurse practitioner and does a thorough exam.

I am the patient's daughter. Dr. Han's and his NP Sharon provide excellent care. I am impressed not only with their level of skill, but also with their patient engagement to really listen and understand what my my mom communicating to them each visit.

He prescribed my wife pain pills and she abused them still and he doesn't pill count her he is just as much to blame for her addiction
