Premier Medical Associates's Online Review Report Card

WORST PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS AND SERVICE EVER!!!!! It is almost impossible to get a hold if them since they merged with AHN, they take longer than 48 hours to respond to my chart messages, and even if you get ahold of them via phone- they won't solve your issues. They will tell you that they will call you back and they don't. I've been sick since December 20th with bronchitis, and I asked four days ago for another antibiotic, and I still haven't gotten it. They said that I need to make another appointment....meanwhile I just had an appointment three weeks ago, got tested for covid and flu and I'm still sick!!!! Nothing has changed except poor service by this office.

This place can't keep track of it's patients. I've gone there for 5 years too long and they still think I'm a new patient Everytime I talk to them and try to get my records. I called to make an appointment and ensure they would do the labs needed and once I showed up they told me they don't do that here. Save your time and find a smaller more reputable PCP

Dr Julie Nelson and staff are the best,busy yes,response time can slip through the cracks in the end the apologized for there mistake and corrected the situation immediately. Paula is my personal favorite, goes beyond and then some to help u...Happy Holidays .

3 years ago Dr. Macik became my PCP. I would say the first year was excellent service. After that it is impossible to get appt with Dr. I called a week ago asking for an update on my vaccinations. I need hepatitis shots for liver disease. I’ve called twice. Sorry but frankly that is ridiculous. I need these shots, then you have to wait 3 months to see if the antibodies worked. This practice may have gotten too big to give excellent customer service.

It is rather difficult to reach even the nurse. It used to be easy to reach the doctor’s nurse and now it is impossible. Very poor service which is unethical for medical profession.

Dr.Nelson hears u out.spends time with each patients needs.

New patient switching from UPMC Western Psych for med management and I couldn’t be happier. The office staff who scheduled me were actually nice, they were kind when I came in, and I could instantly tell these folks really cared. My blood pressure was a bit high so they were careful to check it again later in the appointment to get a better idea of my baseline. Morgan Fischer my new LNP is literally the kindest most caring healthcare professional I’ve ever met.

I have been going to Premier Medical for a while now and I love coming here. I did switch a few years ago to another Dr and I did not like going there so I went back to Premier Medical. I see Dr.Nelson and she is the best doctor I have ever seen she actually cares about my health and for me everyone there seems really nice to me. I have no problems at all with Premier Medical

Had appointment scheduled for procedure and they never scheduled a follow-up until I called to ask what was going on weeks later to which they scheduled an appointment but then later cancelled it on me. I called later because I was supposed to have testing done to which they couldn't tell me if it needed pre authorization or not and kept changing their mind. Later after I called they had me call someone to schedule the appointment and to this point I still don't know weather or not it needed authorized or for that matter if it's even covered. They seem clueless alot of the time and unless you stay on top of it yourself and hound them things don't get done
