Highly recommend. Very professional, clean atmosphere ,one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen very thorough. Jackie, who helped me choose my frames was fantastic.
Dr. Campana is the best!
One of the best Dr's I have ever gone to. I will definitely make her my eye Dr for life.
Dr. Campana is fantastic, highly recommend! Fantastic group ophthalmic technicians. Take your script and bounce. Their pricing is so expensive, I refuse to purchase anything from them. It's a shame, I'd like to support a local brick and mortar store. Just not at double digit mark-ups over other retailers.
The staff and Dr. Campana are excellent !!
Respectful and even if busy, listens
I have been coming to this eye doctor since I was in middle school. In August, I came in to order glasses. They put me under the wrong person with the order. For a few weeks I waited on a call, then I called and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. Called later on that week, they said they had my information under the wrong person. I went in to get my glasses; the prescription was wrong. It was the person’s they kept trying to get ahold of. I got a call saying they had to reorder the glasses, but couldn’t do so without a payment. They had said they would reorder them with the old payment and talk to their managers and call me back. Two weeks later, no call or update on what happened with my glasses.
EYE STAYED DIALATED!! I had an eye appointment here a few days ago. I paid for the 65$ extra for a the new eye scan that makes it so you dont have to dial ate your eyes to check them. They then said they needed to dialate my eyes to look further. The appointment ended then I went home. The next day I realized my right eye is still dilated. I called the office and they told me to go to the ER! I was already in the your family eye doctor parking lot so I just walked in to see what was going on. I stood at the front desk where the doctor greeted me. I explained the situation. She then had a private conversation with the receptionist. Then they told me that they had no record of dilating my eyes. I've went to this doctor for years and I know for fact they did dilate me with the drops. Then the receptionist said they woukd have to bill me since i spoke to the doctor about a problem they caused. Im not sure whats quite going on but I am currently going from opto urgent care to other doctors to get my eye back to normal. Do not use this eye doctor!
I temporarily lost vision in my right eye do to a TIA. He recommended a more precise diagnosis After seeing the ophthalmologist, they recommended more testing. I went to the hospital and had all my testing done and found out that the TIA was present Thank you, Dr. Capanac
The staff and Dr were excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It was very easy and the glasses I have now are excellent.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
