I really experienced both great medical dialogue and personal communication with Stephanie Snyder, who helped me determine the nature of what was concerning me plus her help in recommending a specialist who could help me resolve the problem. I only wish more people could be like this because being "clinical" alone is only half the treatment.

I'm arrived at 8:00 . Told the lady at the desk I need a rapid drug screening and that I would be paying with a card . She says great. I handed the lady the paperwork my office gave me. I sit. Ten minutes goes by she calls me back and says we can't give the rapid test cause the paperwork says you need a lab test. I tell her my office said to get a rapid test and I'm paying for it so why does it matter. I'm told to sit . Well more people go in front of me to the register window. I go up and say why are you skipping over me with at least seven others she in an ignorant tone says it's not our fault your paperwork was wrong and I'm more then welcome to leave. I tell her if I'm paying for it why do you care and she says still in a nasty tone that all it's different now that I know your paying. I said well I said I was paying for it initially and multiple times after. She says well I wasn't apart of that conversation. She was sitting less then three feet away listening to every word. What a joke . Not apologetic at all. I hate dealing with nasty people. Front desk 0 stars . Nurse or PA in back 4 stars very nice.
