So I got new glasses here and they were wrong the lab screwed them up it looks like a mouse chewed on the end where it loops over my ear they were supposed to get me a new pair which I was supposed to get I thought today but now they are closed till Monday and now I have to wait till Monday because the other store and casting village already sent them up and now I can't get my glasses till Monday I think I am not going to buy from them anymore more more to update are today when and found out they were open the website was screwed up when I went to complain about glasses the one lady was extremely ignorant not the one receptionist almost broke them off the counter taking them and the other lady yelled at me for complaining saying that there was only one person there needless to say I'm fortunate my glasses weren't scratched but they replace the frames still very unsatisfied with this place I'm definitely going to look somewhere else

DO NOT take your little ones here! So my toddlers needed glasses and I was recommended to this place. I will never order another pair of glasses here again! We had an appointment at 3:00 we got there 15 minutes early, there were no patients there, they made us wait in a hot small waiting room till 3:30 before they took us back. So obviously my toddlers were acting up. They had 3 pairs of glasses to choose from and the one pair were way too big on both. So i didnt have a choice on the glasses. They got a PD measurement for my one twin but not for the other. The two women that waited on us did not get up from their chairs to even try to measure him. The one had a very bad attitude. She was rude she rolled her eyes at me. I should have just walked out there and then. The next business day I called back as soon as they opened to try to cancel them so I could try somewhere else that had experience with young children. I left messages and by the time they called me back, they said they could not cancel them and I'd have to wait up to a month before they come in and then I can cancel them. So it'll probably be a 6 months or more before my twins get proper glasses. Theyre 2 and still not walking because of their vision and I have an appt with the opthamologist in 6 months to see if the glasses helped them. I am so upset right now I could cry and I'm kicking myself for not just walking out right then and there, while they had us waiting in that 90° degrees waiting room. I'm a single mom of 4 children and 2 of them have health issues. So we're always at doctors appts. I don't have time to play these games after I paid over 300 dollars!

Horrible services and won't go there for eye exam anymore. They got my prescription wrong, then just recalculated it based on the wrong prescription without asking me to go in there to redo the eye exam.

This place has significantly declined. It used to be quite friendly and customer-oriented. Now they harass you multiple times a day until you schedule an appointment. Yet they don't call back when you need to reach them. If you can make an appointment, when you show up for your visit it's disorganized and you wait forever to be seen. Then you're rushed through like you're being run through a cattle auction and harassed to make an immediate decision to buy something on the spot, even if you need to test new lenses to make sure they work before you buy a supply of them. Go somewhere else, the anxiety, stress, and judgment isn't worth it.
