Sweet attdence On the stage at this location..
I have been seeing Dr. Fitzgerald for the past five years. On my second or third visit she detected a small red spot near my collarbone that, to my uneducated eye, looked like nothing. It turned out to be melanoma. The results came back in one week and they had me in for surgery that afternoon. Since then I have seen her every six months. If I see something suspicious, I call and she will fit me in right away. Admittedly, sometimes I have had to insist to the person making appointments before I could get an immediate appointment, but when I did, I have always been seen within a day or two. Additionally, the office runs like clockwork. Once I was 15 minutes late, and was not able to be seen - I had not called ahead to let them know, and this is their policy, which is fair, since they always see me within less than five minutes from when I walk through the door. She is consistently kind, thoughtful and thorough.
Terrific doctor. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
Excellent experience very thorough took her time excellent doctor
My daughter and I stopped going to Dr. Fitzgerald because she always seemed to have 1 foot out the door during our visit. Always felt rushed and she did not seem to take a genuine interest in us.
I have experience with 2 doctors on the staff. I have found them to be extremely prompt, professional, willing to listen and explain. I have used with this practice for over 5 years and had biopsies, some removal of cancerous cells and mohs surgery. I confidently recommend this practice and Dr Fitzgerald.
Doctor is always on time I never have to even sit down. She answers all my questions is very informative and let me know what she's doing. Her staff is nice and friendly and always call me back
I've dealt with moderate to severe acne since I was 9 years old and have been to numerous dermatologists over the years. Dr. Fitzgerald has made my skin look the greatest it's looked in years; I only have the occasional breakout. She's prompt with every appointment, and listens to my concerns. She's a great derm!
Doctor Fitzgerald couldn't have seemed less interested in my concerns. I found her to be dismissive, uninterested, unfriendly and unprofessional . I have suffered with many skin problems over the years and have seen many Dermatologists in many different cities over the last 35 years including battling Melanoma. It was clear that Doctor Fitzgerald was only interested in moving on to the next patient. I regret not looking at her ratings prior. There are other great Docs in this office!
The 2 outer office workers were great. I arrived for the appointment early. Had to wait about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. I gave all of my health info to a very courteous individual. It's when the doctor came in that things went down hill. I was expecting the doctor to follow the same procedures and protocols that my doctors at a major teaching hospital followed. She basically followed a script. Did 99% of the talking with 1% listening. Refused to provide the customary skin cancer treatments. She was inconsiderate and rude. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I went to the doctor to prevent the spread of skin cancer. I wasted not only my time and money, but I walked away feeling that the visit was totally useless. There are many good doctors, she is not one of them, in my opinion...PS: they also failed to give me the correct prescription..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
