Dr. Gregory Dean did a great job on my 7 month old boy. He is an excellent professional with a lot of experience. Gives parents peace of mind with the procedure and clarifies all the doubts that parents have.

They do not pick up their phone hardly EVER! Their hours are listed on their website and google, yet regardless of when you call. NO human answers and you are always put to voicemail.

Way too much aggravation. Not worth the time and effort. This practice will not even make an appointment until they have numerous pages of a New Patient Registration completed. They do mean completed. If any spot is incomplete, they won’t move forward. You must send them all your insurance information, pictures of front and back of cards, referrals if needed (in my case we did not need but they insisted we did). The office staff continually threaten by voice mails and emails that they will cancel the appointment if they do not have all the information prior to appointment. I always do my best to accommodate the requests but have never been so frustrated with a health provider in my life. For a practice that is so stringent about their procedures, they do not even give the ability to complete their required New Patient Forms online! Apparently it is strictly about the money and not actual patient care.
