Were missing the flag so I let her share my flag with your business
I hate this place. You call and end up in their phone system for at least 15 minutes. You are always on hold and stuck in the phone system. Also the doctor’s are constantly changing. There isn’t any continuity of care.
Extremely rude call service if you could get them on the phone office fails to refill prescriptions return phone calls etc treats patients like customers at Walmart.
call center is not even local in another state a big joke on hold longer then 10 mins just to get a answer then you have to wait for the doctors office to call back smh annoying playing phone tag
It has a doctors office dental office behavioral center and WIC
Just had to receive a lecture from someone who has no clue over the treatment I receive for my diabetic care. Now I need to see another provider and wait longer to receive medical clearance for an upcoming mental health procedure that could be life saving for me. Over the years I’ve had to deal with clueless staff long wait times and other nonsense. I’m honestly tired of it I had such a better experience with The Wright Center from 20132017. I don’t know what happened since then but incompetence has really taken hold.
Its so annoying how the call center is in a different state and when you call them sometimes theyre rude and you have to play phone tag half the time you call because when you miss their call then they keep making you call back its pathetic
The in office staff is fantastic. Trying to get to speak to a live person is ridiculous because everything goes through an answering service and you have to wait for a call back. The answering service staff is absolutely awful. I understand they need to obtain specific information to get your call sent to the correct department but they interrupt constantly and are not pleasant at all to speak with.
Awful experience .............
Attention all New and Current Patients that have attended any Wright Center in the Past 5 months 2-2021 to current approx! The Wright Center administration implemented a new Release of Information! This is a Voluntary Release of information, that you do not have to sign! But patients at all Wright Center are not being told it is Voluntary by there Check in Workers at the Wright Center! If You sign this Voluntary Release of information, what you are signing is allowing the Wright Center to download all your private Health information, if you go there for mental health this system also downloads your mental health information, this Release downloads all your private information, then sends it to Hundreds and Hundreds of agencies, locally and across the USA, you have no clue were they sent all your information because there are hundreds of agencies! And lets not forget we all are watching all this internet hacking effecting government agencie the Wright center administration is fully aware how there check in system works! That patients that go to all Wright centers when they check in, Do not have the ability to read anything they are asked to sign, because patients can not see or read what there check in workers are asking them to sign because it is over the computer and only the check in workers can see what they are asking patients to sign, and patients sign there name in a computerized black box at the front check in, and if and only if you are given any papers to read, it is after you have signed all the papers that the check in workers asked you to sign! Do not let the administration blame there check in workers because they are fully aware of how there check in system works and that patients can not read anything that they are asked to sign! The administration is highly intelligent people that sneakily implemented this new release, with no thought how this invasion of privacy impacted there patients! You have the Wright to ask for this process to stop, if you signed this release by mistake because you were not informed or given any paper information about it to read! You have a legal Right to ask were they have sent all your medical records! There are other agencies that use a similar release like Medicare, but they go about it the correct manner, they send all there people a letter in the mail, explaining this release and gives people the ability to opt in or out! The administration of the Wright Center are fully aware how to implement this release but they didn't! Also there is no contact information on the Wright Center new updated websites for the administration office so you can complain or ask for you private information not to be shared! If you call the schedule department to ask for the administration they tell u they don't know not because of the amount of complaints people are calling in, if you feel that you were so violated like I do and betrayed! There is a tiny tiny little email on the Wright Center webpage that says Hippa compliance! I would also Write a formal complaint, send it certified mail to the administration office, after 500 Hippa Violation complaints for any agencies, the State investigates! I have never received bad care or had any problems with any workers or Dr, I actually love my Dr. But the Wright Center administration who implemented this new Voluntary Release of information, really gave no thought about all there patients privacy and now violated patients Trust in our health care system! They could of tried to implement this new Voluntary release of information in the correct manner like other agencies like Medicare does by sending a letter explaining it and letting you opt out!! This effect every one, with private, Medicare,Medicaid, fee care it does not discriminate! This voluntary release of information was implemented for the reason of reducing the cost of health care, so if you go to a different Dr outside the Wright Center another Dr can see any test another Dr.did, this also prevents drug seekers from going to Dr to Dr trying to seek Drugs! But we have had a system for that in place for years! Any Dr before this release can Check anyone pharmacy list across the USA anytime, before this new release was implemented at the Wright Center! I pay a lot of money for health insurance with no government assistance over $400 a month for health insurance! And I want good Quality of care!! So I am not a fan of the model of reducing the cost in health care! I understand it! Some people abuse our health care system! But the Wright Center judged all there patients they serve, that could go anywhere for care outside the Wright Center and chose there because they felt they get better care then any private Dr office in.the area! But no private Dr office would of ever implement this new release of information , without notify there patients first! For me it is a huge violation of trust, because I did not want my private information shared across the USA! And internet hacking

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
