List of Bria Tinsley Md's Reviews
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Tinsley for a few years now. She is patient, kind, friendly and very supportive. She takes the time to listen to you rather than feeling like you’re being rushed out the door. I have never had an issue with any staff member of the office. They have always been professional, friendly and helpful to me. They call you back and are timely with everything they do. I highly recommend the office to anyone that asks.
She does not care about her patients , especially ones with special needs who's been waiting for a wheelchair prescription for 3 years now. Everything is just lost. They know nothing and do not care. I'm still waiting for the past two years for her to call back and has not .
Dr. Tinsley is a very considerate, caring, excellent physician. She addresses any and all questions you have as to your care. For those who expect a personal call from her, shame on you. I worked for several physicians for almost 7 years. Out of all of them 2 addressed patients themselves when it was urgent. You do not really have a grasp on the internal responsibility or staff of a physicians office. She is one of the 3 doctors I would ever recommend for care. She has always been polite and never made me feel as if my issues were irrelevant or important. I have worked for understaffed offices and know how difficult it is to handle all matters referring to patients. Her office is definitely understaffed with 2 physicians to attend to patients. She has even handled many health issues that have been brushed off or unaddressed by specialists I have seen. They frequently like to pass the buck to your PCP. I am lucky to have such a caring, highly experienced physician.
Good doctor but the office staff needs to get on the ball a little more
The person answering the phone was horrible. She yelled my personal information across the small office. HIPPA ? Rude, mean and unprofessional! No one calls you back
EXPERIENCE?? THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE NEED SOME SKILLS ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE, THEY ARE RUDE AND CRABBY, EVEN TO MY PHARMACIST! THEY ALWAYS GIVE ME A HARD TIME ON A CERTAIN MEDICATION TO SEND IT INTO THE PHARMACY. THE DOCTOR ALSO NEEDS TO UPGRADE HER HEALTH GRADES! NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER!!
Stay away. She doesn’t care about her patients. She is too into herself to get her hands dirty. She’s too high above everyone else that she herself doesn’t return calls from her own patients. Complains when patients asks for referrals to physicians who can help and actually care about the well being of them. If you can’t figure it out, you should refer. Not sure why she became a physician.
Great doctor she helps me with everything I explain to her of how I feel when it comes to my health would recommend her most definitely
Dr Tinsley by far is the best doctor I have dealt with in my lifetime. She’s kind, caring and explains everything to you thoroughly. She has an amazing personality and makes you feel so comfortable when talking with her.
Don't ever ever go there .... The staff is rude she would rather have you die then take concern on what she is doing to your health ......puts you on medication then decides to stop giving you any more refills even though you need it for your back AND can give u a heart attack ... She is more concerned about her imcompent staff then her patients health ...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
