I am 76 and my home was stolen from me when my husband died 5 years ago. I finally relocated to this area and cant relocate again, but the doctors in this area are horrific including this one. I have neuropathy and diabetes and am in need of a good podiatrist.. I had care before moving here; for at lease 10 years. I was so happy when this doctor was referred to me. However I have called three times in the last year that I have been here and they never answer their phone. You wait patiently for them to return your phone message, but they never do.. a slap in your face. I plan on calling Medicare to see what can be done and I plan on reporting them to the BBB because of the way they treat people. I may even sue.. I have needed care for over a year and am afraid something is going to happen to my feet. I do have to give them a little credit because they didn't scream at me like the other podiatrist in town saying they dont take my Medicare supplement. ???? supplements just pay the part that Medicare doesnt pay, there is no problem. God help the people of Johnstown and bless all these doctors that have constant answering machines on. I am so very sorry that I moved to this area

I was impressed with Dr. Oberneder upon my 1st visit. He had a pleasant disposition; he took time to talk to his patients about their pets, etc. Once my diagnosis was made, he invited me to return to show me how to use shoe inserts. The receptionist was polite👍.

Dr. Oberneder performed my foot surgery in July. He shaved a bone spur in the top of my foot. Everything went very well . I think he is an excellent Dr. And his staff has always been efficient and accommodating . No more foot pain !!!!

I like the doctor, however his desk staff need better customer service skills. I find them to be rude every time I talk to them. Although I don't have to deal with them anymore because, surprise! They no longer take my insurance and no one notified me until I tried to make another appointment. Really effin' cute...

Clean and friendly atmosphere short wait time.I would highly recommend this doctors office.Also the doc did a great job on my surgery.

My father, being a diabetic, was seen by this doctor. When he left the office he had four toes bleeding. One would think that the doctor would have been more consciensous after the first time he nicked him. Now my father is concerned with getting an infection and losing his toes.
