Started me off on 20 mg of BP meds…. over medicated for 10 years ???? Passing out episodes led me to cardiac dr.

This review is in NO way a reflection of Dr Glover who I have found to always be a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor. BUT his front office people...?When you call you have to go through a automatic answering service, which Im sure some older patients would find confusing I find it annoying, unprofessional and cold. But it gets better when you get to talk to the unfriendly unhelpful people that answer the phone. I just wanted to make an appointment for my mom who has been a patient of the doctor for several years. No big deal but front office staff made it as robotic and cold as possible, thanks so much! Then you get to see their gloomy,non-compassionate faces when you get there and when you go to check out. I would suggest they either retire or find jobs where you dont have to have contact with sick people cause they have NO heart for it. Dr Glover I would suggest you kick your crew into shape and make them fake a smile and cheery attitude or kick them to the curb.
