Can't rate any of the medical team because I couldn't even make an appointment. Receptionist who answered my call kept putting me on hold, and during what conversation we did have she kept calling me "sweetheart." I'm a woman in my 40s, not a child, so that seemed very unprofessional and a little condescending. After being put on hold for the 4th or 5th time I just hung up. I'll seek medical attention somewhere else.

First visit at Family Medical Center and I was pleased with the friendly staff and very nice Dr. Hogue

Terrible. I was admitted but I was in ER for 24 hours with no end in sight so I checked myself out. After my initial intake I did not see a doctor or told what the plan of action was for my care. I asked for a pillow they said they didn't have any. Lies. I asked for a reclining chair they said they didn't have any. Lies.

The staffs always so nice I always feel comfortable going there the residents And the attending’s oh very professional I’ve never had an issue going there the clinical stuff on the front desk staff are amazing

If I can do no stars I would....I have been calling my oldest child doctor so that he can fill out a medical form for me for my electric company when I day it's been 2 weeks now...I have never met a doctor that didn't know of this form they claim to not know about this medical form which I have been eligible for thus form my whole life nd also my kids...not only my electric company had to fax them this form but the 1st time the doctor fax it back it didn't have a signature at also the electric people send them a 2nd form which this time they had a trainee sign off which by law a doctor have to sign it a doctor should know that now hear it is the day 12 this form still haven't been sign the right way or faced back myblights are due to be cut 9off the 18th this is the most un organized doctor office I have ever been too

Some of the staff was very rude, but I think that was only a select few or at least I hope it was only a select few. Nurses on the patient units were nice, also in the ER & with patient registration.

I have stayed here WAY TO many times. I've had horrible experiences on my stays which add up to.like 33 since Dec. 2014. But I've also had great ones and was cared for greatly by most the staff.

I was told I couldn't go back with my wife while she was in pain because of Covid, but at the same time I saw 2 men be seen that didn't even have on masked and then let a white couple go back together.

When i get hurt i request to be taken to here.. They have a great staff. I have spent a lot of time in the hospital and this is by far the best. Their food is delicious! People actually come to the hospital just to eat at their cafeteria.

Needs to step up their cleaning procedures during the Covid outbreak. Person in front of me was being tested (and was visibly ill), touched various items (including the Topaz pen) & nothing was wiped down. Most of the staff I've dealt with are personable & knowledgeable, and this is in no way a slam towards them.
